How can I get to organise my contacts Surname, Given Name? I find it annoying to trawl thru the list on the current app. Maybe improving the syncing of functionality with the mother program Outlook.com on the web would help

For GMAIL, it would be nice if we could modify our sender name instead of pulling it from Google+.

Display them FIRST NAME LAST NAME, but sort them by LAST NAME, FORST NAME. This is a common feature in all contact management apps.

I sort contacts by last name not first name. There should be a setting to change.

I dont find a possibility to change the sorting For my contacts. Changing from name to surname and vice versa would be helpful.
