Why is it taking so long? Sorting by last name should be the default when they first launched the app!

Add ability to sort People by last name. Would further be useful to view People by company name.

Add feature to change sender name. Don't leave me stuck with the name I used when opening the mail account long ago...
Similar possibility in desktop Outlook and native iOS Mail app is very useful. Alternatively, update this item from mail server if modified therein. -

Everyone needs their contacts to look the same in all devices. I sort mine by last name. That must be made an option with the new Outlook 2016 for Mac. Thanks. Terry McNatt

The option people will show all the contacts as common instead we can list out the contact list as according to the mail account.

Contact list should be in surname order not first name order

When searching a contact by name, you cannot type a part of a first name followed by a part of the last name. You can search either by first or by last, but not a combination unless you type in the entire name correctly from the start. This is not as good of a search as the iOS native Contact search and a confusing issue for those with thousands of contacts that rely on search.

This is the absolutely most annoying thing for me about the outlook mobile app. The only way I can use contacts in Outlook now is to import them into IOS contacts, which like every other decent program sorts by last names. I don't know why a whole bunch of other people aren't complaining about this. Fix it please. Microsoft, I couldn't believe you'd put this app out without this capacity. Again, fix this please.

My email account is managed by my educational institute. They have my full name listed on the email account, which I never use. On all my other email clients, including the Outlook desktop client, I am able to edit the display name which appears when someone receives an email from me to match the name by which I am known. This feature needs to be added to the Outlook iOS app, as currently it just uses the name that my educational institute have assigned to my account, causing some confusion with contacts.
