View all Emails
I'm missing the important feature to view all Mails from all folders.
Have one hone screen main mailbox. Not others add featured. End up missing emails in the other box!

In the home inbox you can’t see emails that have automatic rules to go to a sub folder.
shows all emails in all folders. also messages older than 30 days with an exchange account. so you can see all emails including those from the past

An option that allows you to connect two accounts and within those two accounts I said having categories and box sent archive trash spam there you should add a feature button that says all mail. Our show everything sent and received spam trash inbox outbox archives flagged unread read with the search bar and you can thumb through and try to find some thing he may have missed earlier

it would be very useful, when all the accounts are open, to see which account the various messages come from and another useful option would be to be able to have more choices with the quick side scrolling (for example shorter or longer).
It is very helpful to have a folder containing all emails (from all folders and subfolders).
Multiple signatures and signature selection support for mobile app and web interface.
Rules could use also the “OR” statement not only “AND” while creating or editing them for filtering. (for example, I want to move specific received and sent emails from specific domains to a specific folder. Now I must create two different rules. One for the received and one for sent. If I could use an “OR” statement, then I could use only one rule.)

I use 4 email accounts. To view the inboxes I have to switch back and forth between accounts. I want a view where I can choose to see the combined inboxes of 2 or more accounts. Just like the iOS mail app does in fact.
I looked in existing feature requests and in many cases you’ve wrongly answered queries about managing multiple inboxes by explaining how you can turn the focussed view on or off within a single inbox.
This single view of multiple inbox feature is the deal breaker keeping me from moving from iOS mail to Outlook, which I’d like to do as I’m a Microsoft 365 personal user and a heavy user of Outlook 365 for Windows.
View all mail in inbox relative on date
This option is available on desktop version
It would be so great to see all emails in a conversation string from the inbox, rather than having to open the email. The Apple Mail app does this really well. Makes choosing the right email and the actions on it so much easier.
Can’t see all mail folder in google. This means the app is pretty useless since I can’t see all mail!!! Unless mail sorted to a folder then it can be found!!
Why has Outlook on iOS changed in the last few weeks to prevent all emails being displayed in the inbox? It now only displays a month and there is nothing that can be changed to alter that. The email client that comes with iOS works perfectly but Outlook doesn’t.
I am connecting outlook to an online Exchange 2019 mailbox.
Like the default Apple mail, have a birds eye view off all emails in all accounts tied to Outlook.
Pls allow for all emails to be viewed. Very inconvenient otherwise.

I have multiple email accounts. It would be really ha DY to have a feature that allows me to view a combine inbox rather than having to look at each account individually. Other mail managers have this. If outlook for mobile does, have been unable to find it.
When syncing different email accounts with outlook on the web (synchronized accounts) you can choose in outlook on the web and in outlook on windows 10 to send an email from different accounts e.g. not from your outlook.com address but from your gmail address. Please bring this feature to outlook on iOS and macOS

I have multiple email accounts I use with outlook on iOS. I also have multiple folders in the accounts that I access on a regular basis. The way to do this requires several steps. You have to tap the Home icon. The left pane slides in and some of the built in folders show, but these are folders that I never use (Scheduled, Spam - how often do you check your spam folder? This is a waste of very limited real estate.) You can then tap the circle icon of the account you want, which then makes the left pane vanish, instead of toggling to show all the sub folders. You’re dumped back in the inbox of the newly selected account and the left pane. So once again, you have to tap the home icon (now the account icon.) Only then do you see the folders. Why can’t you show folder groups all the time you select the account, in the main home left pane? Don’t make the left pane disappear when the user clicks the new account - keep the pane open till we tap on a folder. Why dump us back in the inbox of that account without any choice, we already see all that mail in the unified inbox so it is really pointless as a default behavior. It’s surprising how poor folder access works in this app. You could also allow us to pin favorite folders to that default Home left pane and remove pointless ones like Spam, or group all account sub folders in an expanding menu.
