Outlook Must to stop splitting emails into Focusing and Other. Outlook has no right to decide which emails are more important

Have only one inbox for all Mail. I tried to make one inbox by making a new “Rule” however some of my mail still doesn’t show up there so I can checking 3 different inboxes every time i check my mail and it causes me to miss some important emails.

I’ve missed multiple emails because of this, if it wasn’t my school email I wouldn’t continue to use outlook.

There should be an option where a general “inbox” is open. Where mail from all emails is available and the person won’t have to be switching between inboxes. Keep the individual inbox, while creating one for collective mail.

ALL MAIL IN ONE PLACE. You can’t see it all with what you have and it’s incredibly infuriating. The focused only shows a few and other doesn’t show the rest. I’m missing emails.

How about having an feature to allow the combining mailboxes. So, you can see the content of all of your mailboxes in one place.

In the home inbox you can’t see emails that have automatic rules to go to a sub folder.

An option that allows you to connect two accounts and within those two accounts I said having categories and box sent archive trash spam there you should add a feature button that says all mail. Our show everything sent and received spam trash inbox outbox archives flagged unread read with the search bar and you can thumb through and try to find some thing he may have missed earlier

it would be very useful, when all the accounts are open, to see which account the various messages come from and another useful option would be to be able to have more choices with the quick side scrolling (for example shorter or longer).

It is very helpful to have a folder containing all emails (from all folders and subfolders).
Multiple signatures and signature selection support for mobile app and web interface.
Rules could use also the “OR” statement not only “AND” while creating or editing them for filtering. (for example, I want to move specific received and sent emails from specific domains to a specific folder. Now I must create two different rules. One for the received and one for sent. If I could use an “OR” statement, then I could use only one rule.)

I use 4 email accounts. To view the inboxes I have to switch back and forth between accounts. I want a view where I can choose to see the combined inboxes of 2 or more accounts. Just like the iOS mail app does in fact.
I looked in existing feature requests and in many cases you’ve wrongly answered queries about managing multiple inboxes by explaining how you can turn the focussed view on or off within a single inbox.
This single view of multiple inbox feature is the deal breaker keeping me from moving from iOS mail to Outlook, which I’d like to do as I’m a Microsoft 365 personal user and a heavy user of Outlook 365 for Windows. -
