Shared Calendars

Hi Outlook users,
We’re excited to announce that the Outlook on iOS application now supports shared calendars for Office365 and Outlook.com users!
If you already have a shared calendar, you’ll need to upgrade it so that it syncs to your mobile phone. It’s simple to do though: just ask the calendar owner to re-share the calendar to you, and then click the Accept button in the Outlook app. After accepting, you’ll be able to see the shared calendar on your mobile phone!
This feature is only available if both the calendar owner & the sharing recipient are hosted in Office365 or Outlook.com. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the in-app support team by going to Settings > Help & Feedback> Contact Support and we’d be happy to help!

In outlook. We need to check all calendars of the persons to check if a slot is available. Even if you, aggregate the calendars, the understandability is poor.
Benchmark the Outlook approach with the Google calendar approach to improve it. -

Enable viewing of shared calendars again! I have two shared calendars I need to see for work. The mobile website doesn’t work as good as the regular app.

There’s no obvious option to turn off shared calendar in iOS. I can turn it off off in outlook but not on my phone.

I have access to my boss’s calendar and mapped it to view in outlook for iOS.
Recently I started getting reminders of her meetings, which I’d like to disable.
I do not get reminders for her on my PC,
and I do not want to disable all calendar reminders... I want to keep the ones for my own calendar. It would be nice to control notification settings for individual calendars
(Note this is calendar and not an extra email account.) -

Most people share their calendars so other staff can have an idea of what/where & how long someone else is doing or going, and the ease of scheduling other meetings with everyone together.
However, we don't need a notification alert on our phones (and watches) for meetings from these shared calendars. I only need notifications for my own calendar!
Please create the ability to completely turn-off notifications from shared calendars!!!!

Make it possible to share calendar with other than just outlook users, so it is possible to share calendar with e.g. gmail users etc.

Stop receiving notifications from shared calendars, and only receive notifications from your own calendar.

I’d like to only receive notifications for my calendar, not any shared calendars I added. This wasn’t a problem before until recently, and it’s disappointing.

Hi, I would like to see the feature to have shared calenders available on the outlook mobile app. It is very helpful and important to access when away from work. Please make the feature available soon because I know a lot of people that benefit from this. Thanks.

Dear Team,
Me and my colleagues will highly appreciate if you can provide a feature with shared calendars in the Mobile app.
There are no mobile applications at the market with such feature, so it will be totally unique and highly required and it will make big value to business support. -

Shared calendars need to be made available for those of us on iOS and Macs, please. Our company uses an exchange server and a couple of us can’t access shared calendars from other users without logging into our company portal even though we have Outlook on our machines.

I have 4 calendars that are shared with me, in addition to my own. I cannot reach them on the IOS app. Only be using the corporate outlook integration off the corporate website.
Again, almost useful but not quite.

The Outlook app is really great and is super user friendly. However, it is not possible to share calendars if you don’t have an Outlook-account. That’s annoying. I only use the shared calendar function on my work-mail (an Exchange account). I guess I will keep using the Mail-app on my iPhone until this is possible

You really should open up for shared calendars (internet calendars) in your app. The calendar is useless to mee because it does not have the ability to show our family calendar from icloud, or activity calendars for our kids coming from different apps. Apple's standard calender does this, and so does Outlook for desktop. Really annoying and therefore only using your app for email.

I need access to multiple bosses’ calendars and our clients on my phone - but I shouldn’t have to have full access to their emails just to sync their cals.
They do not feel comfortable even if I’ve only synced the calendar (not emails, contacts, etc). They don’t want me to have access to their emails, but I need their cals on my phone.
