Show Unread Mail Count per Account
It would be helpful to see the unread message count for each separate account on the accounts menu in mail view.

Option to set badge count on and off per mail account.
OWA does it! Why doesn't outlook?! I have to manually go into a folder, have it download messages. Then when I go to folder list is one new message in folder! Not supposed to work this way! I should know there is new mail in the folder without opening the folder first!
This is why I have OWA and outlook installed ....

I have to open outlook to see if I have unread messages. It would be nice if it had a visible counter like linked in & twitter.
When I look at my account, it shows the total count of unread messages from all accounts, while I do have a separate corporate & personal account. Would like some option to me to show only for the account I choose and not total across all accounts. Please have this feature enabled in the future. Thank you

Start it up like PC hotmail, with the Inbox open.
Fix the folder count function so it displays accurate figures after deletes.
On a screen where you switch different email accounts ; it would be nice to see a badge which shows # of unread emails associated with each email accounts instead if just showing a small dot on each email Account.

My Outlook program will automatically move emails according to rules which is synced to the phone but then I cannot tell how many messages are unread unless I open all folders individually!!

Enable the user to customise the badge count for each account. E.g. only have badge count on for personal account and not for work.

How is this not a thing yet after being marked 'under review' for over a year?
For anyone with more than one email account, not having an unread count for each account folder is a HUGE hassle. PLEASE expedite this feature.

Mail count badge is not configurable by account.
It shows only the total unread mail no matter how many accounts you have.
If you have 3 mails configured, but wanna be notified just by one it is impossible.
Please fix it.

If you have multiple account, if you turn off notifications for an account it should also then not show as a badge up icon for unread mail on that account.
This is how it works with Apple mail on iOS and it is much more helpful.
Please show the new message count beside each folder on the side menu. I am not able to see what new messages pop up in each folder. It only shows the number of new messages beside my Inbox (main folder).
I use Outlook for both company e-mail and calendar and I want to see only unread calendar invitations and notifications, but now it shows both, and I can’t disable inclusion unread mail count
Can you add the ability to have the badge count show for certain accounts only? I have many accounts but don't always want to be alerted to a badge count for certain accounts. The ability to select some or all would be awesome!
Cannot see how many emails I have per email account.
Cannot recognize the email accounts. I have to open all of them to see emails.
Not user friendly at all
If there are multiple accounts used in the app and you receive an email you can't see which email account it was for and I have to go between all of the accounts in order to figure out which email account has the unread email. It would be nice if when I clicked on the three bars in the top left corner that the amount of unread emails was shown next to each email account icon.
How nice would it be, to see the (Badge)numbers of all new mails, in ALL folders and sub folders at a glance !
I personally use rules, to directly move mails into relevant folders.
Those mails don't show up,in the badge number - regrettably.
I'd prefer this ability to quickly and easily check, whether I got new mails, regardless in which folder they've been moved.
Can you display in the app on the home screen how many unread messages I have without having to go into the burger menu on the top left? Thanks!
You just made changes to the way you use initials to show accounts in the new sidebar. Numbers are being ignored, but this is a problem for one that has email addresses that start off with a number or that contain numbers. Of course, it is a problem if you want a number to appear in the "initials" in the sidebar to help organize accounts. Please fix this so that numbers are not ignored.
I suggest there be a way to adjust all types of notifications (badges in addition to push) per each email account. I have a work email account on my phone I don't want to receive notifications from, including the red badge on the app, yet still want to be able to access the calendar from my phone. Thanks!
