    Require mobile shared mailbox. This is critical for monitoring patient results at home

    Need this for work, have to monitor a shared email from my phone after hours. Should be able to do this in one place via the app. If my outdated Outlook could do it there is absolutely no reason this can't be done on the App in 2020???!!!

    The 30,000 users in my organization will need a way to access shared mailboxes on organization-owned iOS/iPadOS devices when MFA is turned on, the devices are managed by Intune, the Outlook for iOS app replaces the native iOS Mail app on the devices, and the native iOS Mail app and Web App won't work or will require MFA. That's the way my org is going, so the users will need access to the shared mailboxes via the Outlook for iOS/iPadOS app. Hopefully this feature is getting close; it was set to "working on" in 2018.

    Would be great to be able to use Shared Mailboxes of an Exchange Server in Outlook.
