    Uh, this is actually so essential I'm going to have to reconsider this in-process migration to 365.

    But WHY is this marked as COMPLETED when it's pointed to FROM THE DOCUMENTATION SPECIFICALLY SAYING THAT THIS FEATURE DOESN'T EXIST?

    Does "COMPELTED" mean "no, actually we don't care what you think, we just pretend to"? The 3289 comments would also say it's the latter.

    Can't wait to restart the migration in GSuite.

    Of course this is something important. It is not normal to have the chance to do shared inboxes but no way to access in mobile devices

    Given the shared mailbox is free and the account connecting has a Office 365 license, I don't understand why this is still an issue and hasn't been added as a feature.
