Selective Sync (Accounts, Folders, ...)
Allow users to only sync selectively from an account (ie, ONLY Mail, Only Calendar, ONLY Contacts, ONLY Google Drive and not email...) as opposed to having to sync mail, calendar, contacts as a whole.
Allow users to only sync some folders.

Currently all contacts are removed from iOS device when the exchange mail account is deleted from outlook app.
There is no option available to retain the contacts even after removing exchange accounts.
This is not desirable. Option to be provided in outlook app to retain contacts on the iOS Contacts app even after removal of exchange account from outlook app for iOS. -

It should be optional to be able to get a Gmail from my Outlook profile (merge)

I don’t want or need to be able to view my work emails on my phone however it is very useful to be able to view my work calendar (which happens to be from office365) on my phone alongside my personal calendar (from outlook.com).
Please can you make it possible to add an account but only have the calendar for that account be displayed in the app, not the emails.

Make it possible to disable mail sync for one account (for instance Google) only Calender sync is needed as the Gmail Adress isn’t used and only full of spam.
Same like realised in native iOS Account management. Possibility to uncheck the account „parts“ not needed. -

In setting on iPhone I can Turn off email on an account but see calendar or vise versa. With the office 365 outlook by account I can turn off or not see calendar but I can not do that for emails.

I.e. disable syncing mails, but keep syncing calendar. For specific accounts.

I use Google for calendars but I don’t use gmail. I’d like to be able to add my Google account only for the calendar feature, but not for the email feature. Similarly, I’d like to add Yahoo only for email.

I don’t want to see this, don’t find it useful and want the option to turn it off. It is annoying and is ruining my experience on the app.

The app lets me toggle between my various accounts (work, Google, iCloud) to only see those emails, but there does not appear to be the same for the Calendar, and instead it presents me with one view where I have to select each accounts’s specific calendars to add/remove from the overall Calendar view.
Suggestion would be for a way to toggle between Account-specific calendars, so that I could say, select my Google account, then just those emails and calendar events would show. For however many accounts are configured, when you toggle to a particular account, the emails and calendar events should only show for that account.
Thanks!

I’d like a way to choose only to sync calendar or just email for example and / or just contacts. Same options like in native iOS mail please.

On my personal phone I would love to only access my work outlook 365 account’s Calendar (which I use as my day to day calendar) but not have the bombardment of work emails.

There are times (ie., weekends, vacations) when I don’t want to read or load emails, but have the ability to view the calendar items.

I like to see my google agenda on Outlook, but I dont want to get the messages of this google account there... I can do that by tapping the icon of the Outlook account, thus filtering them and hiding the gmail ones, but I would prefer an option to snyc the calendar only, without the messages.
