Easier access to dial-in codes for conference calls once the number is dialed. Pop-up options for the additional codes to be dialed in.

It would be very helpful for Outlook to store my regular conference call number so I don’t have to type it each time I schedule a meeting with a calendar invite. Also, the dial in number, which is also a hyperlink, does not work if it is included in the Location bar. Even better if there was a LoopUp add on.

If you use the Google Calendar app from a Desktop Browser and then use the Conferencing drop down to select Google Meet or even Zoom (if you added the Zoom plug in to G-Suite), then the meeting has video conference details added and you can see those details in the native Apple iOS Calendar App and the Google Calendar App but not the iOS Outlook app. Please fix the Outlook App.

When a Google Calendar invite has an embedded video conference such as Zoom or Hangouts, that link is not surfaced in Outlook. This forces you to switch to the Google Calendar app to find the link and join the video call.

You should add a video call feature, for like meetings, etc. Like teams. It would be helpful for some people that don’t have Skype, Teams, etc. It can be both audio or video, it should also hold up to at least 30 people in one call, meeting whatever you want to call it. But it would be nice to have that feature on Outlook.

To stop allowing users to simply click the number and connect causes significant inefficiencies for using Outlook while travelling. This is making the app unreliable and incredibly frustrating.

Bring back the capability to tap on a phone number within a calendar invite and the phone will call that number or conference line.

With the recent update I am not able to use calendar invite one touch dial anymore through my phone. Can we please have this feature back? I do a lot of conference calls and it was very convenient to dial one touch with conference code.

The previous version of Outlook had the one-touch dial in for conference calls with codes enabled in the Location field. This no longer works and even a call in number isn’t hyperlinked to dial automatically. Please add this feature back!! The format used to be like this: 888-535-0454,, 8185026772#

My company requires that we use MS Outlook on our mobile devices (along with comp portal etc.,). Earlier, I was using Boxer email app on On my iPhone. Boxer email app was able to recognize numbers and passcodes in the calendar / email and present clickable links for all possible dial in options, enabling one click dial in.
For dialing into conference calls, would be great if outlook is able to recognize dial in and passcode provided in the body or location in calendar and provide a one touch clickable link That opens the phone app, dial the number, pause a few seconds, then enter the passcode.
It’ll be good to have the easy hands free (and SAFE!) capability to join conference calls with one-click than to manually dial in and punch in the passcode and hashtag to join my calls. This is obviously a major nuisance.
Common solution to request the meeting organizer to format the dial in codes to mobile friendly one click format isn’t always feasible . This is something that the app should be able to identify to a certain level of accuracy and provide dial in options to reinforce its learning
Hope that we can get this feature on outlook email app as well

Reinstate feature where conference call line followed by three commas followed by passcode and a hash sign will show up as a single link in a calendar item. This will allow one-click dialing and log in for a conference call.

This use to work with the number in the “location” (preferred) or if in the body of the text. Now the number in location is “grey” and cannot be clicked to dial.

Error since recent update after iOS13. Conference lines for Skype no longer “click to call”. Previously having the number in the “location” field would allow calling. You could format “1-888-555-1212,,123456#” and dial in with a single press. Please restore.

I’d like to be able to click on a conference line from the meeting location field to join calls. This used to work, but was removed in the latest update.

Seems like the latest update won’t allow for clicking on addresses and conference bridges as I used to be able.
