The family calendar is located in iCloud.
So, do the following:
1. Open Settings
2. Click “your name”
3. Click iCloud
4. Turn on Calendar -

Until recently I could view and edit the family calendar in the native calendar app of iOS. Suddenly it is no longer visible, and that‘s very troublesome. Can you please reactivate the family calendar viewability and editability for the native calendar app of iOS?

I don't know who merged "Outlook for iOS
'Re-instate access to Family Calendar in all clients" into this mobile one, but it's now incorrect. The issue is not restricted to iOS; the bigger issue is the total loss of Family Calendar from the Outlook desktop client.I'm now really cross about 2 things.

I pay for a service... I expect that service not to be broken!!! So frustrating.

Typical Microsoft rollout no thought about existing users. This needs to be sorted as a priority !!

Very frustrating that the Family calendar disappeared from Mac Outlook Desktop after the transition to a group calendar. Please fix ASAP. Will move to Gmail if not fixed soon

So I thought, I can work around this... But no...
On both Outlook.com and in the Outlook mobile app (Android) I thought I could create a new calendar that I could actually share with each family member, and then just move the calendar entries (one. by. one...) to the new calendar.
BUT... There's *no* option to do that. I can do that with any other calendar I create, but not this one. It's as if Outlook doesn't want our kids to go to online school...

Whose idea was this, just starting school year at home with both the kids, spent house adding online class schedules and zoom links to the family calendar... And then just days later BOOM.... no more family calendar?!?!?
They really should have someone in charge of Family features that actually had kids...

Very disappointing. Who would think we no longer want family calendar in Outlook?

Same issue for our family starting today. Using that calendar for 2 years. Just disappeared

The recent changes to 'Groups' has made Family Calendar unusable if you want to access on Win 10 Mail & Outlook desktop apps which should be mandatory by default given that those are core MS apps.
Also, missing is access via 3rd party assistants and IoT devices like smart fridges which have family view functions like calendars.
Note: it's great that the new Group Family Calendar can now be accessed by mobile apps & via outlook.com, but this only provides partial access and misses the Windows core apps.

Shocking decision to change setup of Family Calendar. No longer viewable on iOS and also omitted from the Daily Agenda and notifications when events created or changed.

Family calendar become almost useless with the removal from Outlook desktop and iPhone calendar.
A bad idea with no communication.

For those that rely on the Win10 Mail/Calendar app - please also re-enable those.

With the recent update the previously limited but acceptable Family Calendar has been significantly degraded. It is no longer available at all in the Outlook desktop client and there has been disruption to the mobile experience.
Not being able to use this Family Calendar in other applications makes it almost useless. Since I can't show my other (business) calendars in Outlook.com it creates an effectively isolated calendar that fails to meet real-world requirements. As a matter of urgency, ensure that there is an approach to Family Calendars meets real-world needs and that support for the desktop Outlook (2019/ProPlus) client is given highest priority
