Collaboration within Microsoft Support
Microsoft Support is fragmented amongst irreconcilable departments. Office does not support OneDrive, both in turn don’t Support Outlook.com, Outlook.com does not support Outlook, round and round and round.
My Suggested Feature is One Microsoft Support Team; maybe call it OneSupport. They claim Continuum between devices is their goal, how can they achieve that while maintaining fragmented and disjointed support philosophies?
It’s time for Microsoft Support to reach maturity and the only way is to have a singular comprehensive support contact point, one support team for everything Microsoft.
