Please offer the ability to change the Circle color or Letter for multiple accounts. All my accounts have the same color & Letter on the Circle. It’s confusing!
Please! We all have the same letter for all the emails
À bettet way to show, distinguish between more than 3 accounts is to do like Airmail / Let the side expand longer and show full Description or email. From a UX/UI design the current solution makes the whole app very difficult to use already at 3 accounts since you have to...guess what you are clicking on.
Option to change icon of accont within multiple accounts.
When I set 1 account it shows Google’s icon properly. Once I added second account the have been changed to random color icons with the first letter of the email address. They cannot be changed and it is not user friendly because it is not same as my computer settings...

When viewing the list of accounts in the main mail window, Outlook just uses the first letter of the mail account name. If there are multiple accounts starting with the same letter, then Outlook displays multiple same letters, which leads to confusion about which account it is. Suggest some other way of displaying the account name NOT using a single letter. Thanks.
Multiple accounts are listed on the left, but
1 their order is fixed
2 their appearance is given (Logos, or color coded circles with only one character for gmail)
I would like to have more flexibility so that the whole list is more meaningful to me. Foremost their order of appearance, but also colors and/or characters to identify each one, grouping (for multiple gmail accounts) would be useful.
I am sure you can think of a good scheme. Thanks.
When view either the “Inbox” or list of accounts, it would be nice if I could see the name of the account associated with the inbox email or icon fir picking account to view.

I don't really like the current threading behavior for work purposes, so I typically disable it. On the other hand, I'd Ike to enable it for other accounts. Could you change the behavior to allow having different settings for each account?
Same for Focused/Other view.
Multiple Accounts on the one app. Unfortunately Microsoft do not allow two or more accounts to be added when data protection is applied. Error message - Remove Account , The apps on this device are already managed. Only a single managed accounts is allowed on a device. Select the account you want to remove. This account and all associated data will be removed from all managed apps.
It would be nice if Outlook would have the capability to combine e-mails from multiple accounts into a single in-box while keeping the original account source internally. This feature would simplify the handling of e-mails.
Although I can use multiple email accounts for Callander on my phone I can’t on my pc or laptop but even on my iPhone I can not simply switch from account to another. I can individually hide or show each Callander but What I am suggesting is that I am able switch or hide complete accounts/emails. So for e.g if I have 3 seperate email accounts and each one of them has 5 different calendars set up I don’t want to manually click on 10 calendars to see the 5 from account 1, if I could simply click the complete account on/off with one click that would be amazing. Right now I’m having to use two seperate apps, I had to use google Callander because I was struggling to manage both in a easy and seamless way.

Agreed! Funnily enough when I had just one Gmail account added, it shows my initials when I view the list of accounts in the side bar. When I add a second gmail account, they both revert to the G icon!

Currently the circle button does not appear to be able to be changed when switching between accounts. I have a number of non standard email accounts and they aren’t display as the first letter of my name with a different colour. This makes it difficult to know which account is which. Being able to change and set this would make my life easier.
