Suggested folders for filing
It would be great if when filing you suggested folders based on past behavior. Would speed things up a bit. Thanks.
Would be great to have this as the native email app does it and I have multiple users complaining now we have moved to outlook that this feature is missing.
Absolutely need this!
Would propose that your software suggests some folders (based on prior knowledge of email content, subject or sending person) and suggest to move it

Suggest folders to your most utilised mail folders

Other applications „learn” into which folders I want move mails and propose a folder. It’s annoying, when I always have to scroll down or use the search function if I want to move mails.

Yes yes yes
It would be great to have Outlook suggest a folder when swiping to move the message. IOS mail has this feature and it is super efficient to have a suggested folder pop up as I have to scroll to find the right folder - I have a lot of folders...
When saving an email to a folder, it would be a cool feature, if Outlook could suggest the last saved folder for this type of email.

Similar to a feature on Spark email. I have a ton of folders and it would be much easier if it would suggest a common folder that I file a persons email under instead of scrolling the long list of folders.

I’ve recently migrated from the Apple mail system. They have a great feature, when you receive an email from someone that has emailed before. When moving the email to a folder the system recognises which folder you placed previous emails from this sender before and asks if you’d like to move it there again.
It saves having to scroll though your list of folders to file emails.
It’s very very convenient and i miss this feature

When filing emails, it would be helpful to display most recent folders or better a smart suggestion of which folder to file in. Currently you need to scroll down through every Outlook folder and subfolder to find the one you want which is very time consuming.
