Contacts from Sub Contact Groups
Currently, the iOS app only syncs contacts listed under the main “Contacts” option. I have a few other contact groupings such as Suppliers or Purchasing Agents in the Outlook PC application. This is great as it separates the contacts that I need for a given situation
**It would be great if the app would include those contacts when syncing the contacts to the phone. I don’t need them to be separated out by their contact group as indicated above, I just need their contact info to be in my phone address book!

We have the same issue mentioned below with Salesforce contacts. By default, SF contacts are synced to a subfolder. We need to have these Contacts pushed to the Outlook mobile app.

Having the same issue. We have users wanting us to provide Nine (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ninefolders.hd3&hl=en_CA) to fix this for their Android devices.
As we’re using salesforce, we have a sub contact group called « Salesforce Sync » with all the contact we need.
With IOS mail we can see those contact, and we easily know who’s calling us.
It should be the same with Outlook app ! We should also be able to synchronize the GAL of our organization with our phone.
That would be a great improvement.
The change in contacts is useless. Please go back to the old system which worked well for me.
I have no idea who is calling me now.
Perfectly agreed, we really need these functionality! It’s a shame since this was possible with the native iOS app for contacts...
You could even sync sub-contacts in an iCloud contact group. Heck, even the main contacts should be synced in an "Outlook" iCloud group, just like BlackBerry Work does!

Likewise, it ought to be easy to create company-wide contact lists that show up on all devices. Hard to believe this is not a standard feature now!
This is a huge flaw in the Outlook app. You need to be able to see all contacts in sub folders!

I agree! I want this feature as well
