Outlook Tasks, Task List & Categories
I use the “Getting Things Done” method at work and use Outlook tasks to organize my work activities. I create tasks from emails, apply a category, place priority, next items, the whole process. I get home and use my iPad for checking and responding to email and check my calendar for the next days activities. Problem is I cannot see my TaskList and categorized tasks I rely on to manage my day. I really would like you to consider making tasks and categories available in the IOS app to match the functionality of the MS software.

When I add a new Task in Google Keep i see it in my calendar (In Outlook) but their is a problem identifying, that this task was created by my linked google account. Their is always a mail like ‚unknownuser@gmail.com‘ which is wrong because I created this task.

There is no use for the app without tasks, it´s just as easy to just use iOS´s own calendar and email. It´s unbelievable that the tasks haven't been included from the beginning...

Please consider including Tasks in the App, similar to Windows. This feature will be really great to have in the App

With my job I travel 50-75% of the time. I also use the getting things done method and really want to be able to drag my emails to tasks and view them in Outlook. My company doesn't have 365, so I haven't been able to test out the tasks app, but being able to do it all in the Outlook app would help me a LOT.

I am really missing to have Tasks available in the iOS version of Outlook. Is that something which is in the pipeline?

Agree.... I create tasks from emails etc as well and it is frustrating not being able to view/add/delete when on iPad. Really needed

How do I view Tasks that I have set up in Outlook. I have to log onto my laptop to access Tasks. Is there a way to see them from my phone?

Completely concur that the Outlook task feature is very important and really should be added to the IOS version of Outlook.

Tasks are too separate when all email is simply a task and simple task management with priority and nested would be great. Easily treat an email or note or anything like a task. Like GroupWise

Yes, I use Outlook on Windows to create and organise my tasks – It would be great if I could manage and see them in Outlook on iOS, too👍🏻

Can you make it easier to make tasks and calendar items from any email? Subject as item name, body as description?
