Make reset password easy
I had tried multiple times to reset my password and or is not working and I can’t find how do it in my phone
Where you don’t have to supply previous passwords that you can’t remember or details about emails which you’ve never had a chance to send.
Perhaps your failure is not taking a simple mobile number when creating the account to use as verification
Don’t block me out of my email immediately after I do reset password and login
Either make it an option or make it easier to find.
I work for allied universal and they gave me a password, however I still cannot gain access to my email and there is no button to reset my password.

I have 14 days remaining to reset my Outlook password but I am unable to do this using the Outlook application for iPhone.
I have to open my password manager, then copy paste into the app. Dreadful!
The password incorrect constantly then reset via a form all these codes to phone and new recovery e mail it’s beyond impossible to navigate then support say put not applicable if you can’t remember the last 4 e mails you sent.
Simplify this you are ruining lives and the elderly are no chance at getting back into their e mails.
Or make it easier to leave and close all e mails and account because clearly you don’t want to help.

I’m the account manager for my team’s portal and would love to offer my user’s a way to reset their own passwords without them asking me to do it for them? Having to ask me slows down their possible access and takes up my time. Every other login I have, for every other account or app, displays a link for “forgot your username?” and “forgot your password?” Can we get something like that for Outlook (both for the app and the web login)?
