This app has come a long way. What keeps me from making it my default app is the way the account names are displayed.
Currently, I have multiple Outlook accounts (different email addresses). They are shown on the left side vertically by the first letter of the account name. That means if I have email addresses with the same letter S at their beginning, then I see only a bunch of Ss in different colors!
Why can’t we have the full name in the account or at least more room than just one single letter.
PS. Please increase font contrast (hint look at Apple default ios mail app)
I use multiple shared mailboxes that start with the same letter. It’s crazy that I can’t change the icon or have more room for the account name. So frustrating. Not worth using with the number of shared mailboxes I need.
Back to default mail app on iOS until MS can get its **** in a group.
I have the same problem.
I tried using the description by using a number or emoji and the icon displays # instead of the number or emoji. It would be helpful to me if the bubble could hold 2 letters like PS, WK, SP etc.
Why can’t we have a name for the email accounts instead of only their first letter?!
If you have multiple accounts it’s difficult to recognize which account you are looking at.
When having multiple email accounts, your app uses its own naming feature, which I find is neither practical nor easy to navigate. You should allow users to choose the color of the bubble and name of each account! Thanks!

The account name or address should be visible on each folder. Once you’re in a folder, i.e. inbox, there’s no way to tell in which account are you in ?
