Apply same rules as desktop app
I set rules in outlook on my PC (for example email notifications to move to a particular folder). When I check my emails from the mobile app, the rules I have created don’t apply until I log in from my PC. I would like all rules I created from desktop app to apply on the mobile app automatically.
Add RULES and allow them to work even when the pc is off.
The main reason I chose to install Outlook on my phone as well, was the idea of having my mails organized in different folders/grouped by sender or by thematic.
I have it like this on my PC and it helps tremendously to keep track of all new mails and seeing exactly to what group it belongs. Not to mention that is so much easier to find the right mail, without having to remember who send it that specific time, or to get a quick estimation of all orders during a certain period of time, since all are in the same folder and so on and so forth.
It would be very much appreciated to have this option available on IOS as well.
My rules aren’t working on the app. They work on the desktop but not on the app.
I will suggest you to make it possible to sync between rules created in outlook 365 on a Laptop ver to Outlook 365 on a mobile phone. Today this is not possible and it should be fine for many users to have this.
Yes, this is quite frustrating when mobile for an extended period of time. The ability to search and apply rules would be extremely helpful.

Indeed, would be good to replicate rules on the ios app. Especially BCC rules.
Outside a computer cannot identify a path to access and/or write mail processing rules
Would like to automatically delete mail older than 90 days. Especially in unfocused “other” folder.

Rules would be a brilliant idea 💡
Looking forward to seeing new features from outlook developer experts

Yes, just add the ability to set rules to the mobile app! I usually work on my iPad pro, not on desktop, so sometimes it takes months before I can sit down and make rules. And by then, I have moved a gazillion emails by hand over and over again - it would be SO helpful if the app would at least predict what folders I want my emails in, and to remember that if I have moved three emails from the same sender to the "Other" inbox on whichever of my devices, I want ALL their emails to go to the "Other" inbox (i.e. emails about theater performances all sent from the same theater's email address). I'm going to have to find a better mail app, and I am paying for this one!!
The ability to make rules like on the desk top application.for example automatic delete or archive after 5 days.
