Two way connection with iPhone contacts
Outlook should be able to have a two way connection with iPhone contacts so if you update a contact in the iPhone it also updates in Outlook.
Apple is finally going to introduce a default apps function in a new iOS update. This will probably make it possible.
A user should be able to update the contact on the iPhone and have it sync back to Outlook when using the Outlook App. This feature works for Android, but IOS only has a one way sync.
If you get a mail and want to create a New contact on iPhone you can do that on the iOS mail app. But it seems that Outlook can extract all the information needed but not create the contact - that would be a really nice timesaver !
iPhone should be able to pull contact information from outlook so that caller ID, etc., work on the phone
