I have sent numerous messages and sometimes I get a response and other times days go by. Need a control to manage expectations Ie is someone actually reading my query and how long should I wait ? How do I escalate a query if unsatisfactory?

How about answering/helping my connection issues ?
Talked with someone in support over an hour and a half ago, gave the info he needed but no answer.
Must be shift change or he just went home. Typical Microsoft
