Reporting of phishing emails
When I receive a phishing email, I would like the ability to report it to you for investigation and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

In the mobile app there's no option to mark emails as phishing and block the sender... please add the options on mobile too!

It's not just an IOS thing either. The Outlook app on android doesn't let you do that either -- but the website does though. Why the lack of feature pairing across the different versions?
As of right now you have to click three little dots, click wether it’s junk or phishing, then if that wasn’t enough it asks you if you want to report it. Why wouldn’t we all want to report unwanted and unsolicited emails. With the steps now it’s almost too much work to report each and every single email that comes in. It’s a task that could be totally bypassed if just one click and auto reporting was given an option in settings.

I notice in recent days that the app is slowly blazing and sending the emails slowly.
How is it possible? See photo of which version TestFlight I use. I also use the latest version iPadOS 14.01 and iOS 14.01
What I do think is a good option is to be able to report an email as an unwanted one to you and whether an email is not undesirable. What I would find useful is being able to report as phishing emails. And a block sender.
I'll hear from julie what's going on with the Outlook for iOS and iPadOS.
To be able to send suspicious emails direct to Microsoft for them to analyse no
Firstly, outlook.com has options to report Phishing via the inbox or junk or any folder, and you do not need to open the email to get to this option, you can right click the email and directly choose Phishing from a dropdown menu.
In regards to outlook for iOS, you need to open an email first then press 3 dots above and then can choose phishing or junk from the dropdown list, and when an email is already in junk you got no option to report Phishing, you only got an option to move it back into the inbox or other folder. This makes no sense and is extra work and one does not want to be handling malicious emails.
Please make it possible to also report Phishing from the junk folder, just as the inbox and make a way so you don’t need to open a malicious email in order to report it as phishing. Please learn from outlook.com for functions in outlook for iOS.Thanks

The app covers almost everything, but what i would like to see is the option to report an email as a scam or phishing from the junk file, instead of having to move it to the inbox to report such thing, just add the option to the junk folder to report such things, second option i would like to see the option of minimizing an email while writing it, so i can refer and gather information from other email, instead of having to save the email as a draft then go back for it when i find the information i need from another email, minimizing the email getting the information, and getting right back to the email.

The app allows you to report phishing from the inbox. You can report phishing from the Junk folder in the desktop, but not in the app (the app only allows you to mark the email as Not Junk). The user must be able to report phishing from any folder in the app, not just from the inbox.
When reporting a phishing email, it should be sent to the “Junk Email” folder, not “Deleted Items”.
This would make the process consistent with reporting regular junk email, plus it will prevent these junk messages from polluting search results.
A much better, intelligent algorithm to catch previously reported SPAM, BLOCKED or PHISHING mails. I’m still receiving those previously reported, just mocking different senders, with obviously invalid domains. The excess of these entries requieres a lot of work, every day.

Currently you can report mail in your inboxes, which is great, but if something is caught as junk mail, there’s no option to report it for phishing.
Just a simple button or long click to pop up the option to report a obvious scam as it will not be obvious to everyone
Poder marcar correo como Phising sin tener que entrar al propio correo. Es una forma de seguridad extra.

We use the Proofpoint Phish-Me Outlook plugin to Mark and Remove suspected Phishing emails and really want and need to use it on our iOS devices but as you can see below it is not allowed by Microsoft in GCC environment.
Microsoft has a limitation with this functionality because the GCC moderate FedRAMP compliance does not allow for Add-ins with GCC accounts.
Add-Ins: Add-ins are not available with GCC accounts.
You can review the following Microsoft article describing the limitations:
The mobile app, unlike the desktop browser interface, does not have the ability to mark an email as Phishing. This is disappointing because I find myself leaving those obviously-phishing emails in my inbox, telling myself I’ll mark them as phishing when I next get on my desktop. Obviously, you want those emails marked as phishing as quickly as possible to help prevent its spread.
Whilst having the ability to report spam or phishing email, it’s pointless with the amount that comes through daily and 99% of the time using false email - there is no way to beat it without investing on validating inbound and outbound email. The new 3 click method of reporting is both time consuming and annoying and frankly does nothing - I still get the same ones day after day after day...
Currently you can only mark an email as a ‘phishing’ email on desktop. Wish I could do this on the mobile app too. Bonus points if I can do it without having to open the email

Please allow us to report phishing and otherwise malicious e-mails from the app.
Exactly what should be a standard function given the time and age we are in but yet they still haven’t made it part of there email app
