I think it would be helpful if the user could edit the order or Reply All/Reply/Edit Recipients to customize their preferences. Ad an alternative, make Reply the first option.

Not to be too harsh, but the fact that this still hasn’t been addressed after several years is really unforgivable. I (barely) understand having “Reply All” as the preset option, though I would shoot myself if I had to work at an organization that operated that way. But not allowing users (or company admins) to change the default is just a classic “We don’t care about the customer” move. And this is me trying not to be too harsh.
The suggested “reply all” should be at the bottom of the list when reply is clicked. The option a user should be able to pick is “reply to sender”
Allow the user to change the default option of “reply all” to “reply”.
Please change default to “reply”. I know it’s not your fault, but people just aren’t proficient enough to not “reply all”. Literally had a manager say not to “reply all” to his message. What did my coworkers do, “reply all” to the message. Some people won’t ever get it. Please stop the reply all madness and change default to “reply” or at least provide the option. I beg you especially now that we are all working from home. Please.

When I receive an email being in copy with more than 400 others users, I’m not able to reply all.
The other members of the group can.
I can reply all if I use my gmail account.
Is it possible to have a feature where u can reply to all even though is hundreds receivers?
Please make Reply the default setting. Too many people are not proficient enough to seek it out as the alternative. Consequently, everyone on the list gets everyone else’s replies. Very frustrating!
Adding to the request to have Reply All / Reply implemented as a user preference. 99.9% of my emails are a simple reply to the sender, so it’s cumbersome to edit the recipients each and every time.
Can you add the thumbs up 👍🏻 symbol to the app? I can’t always get to a computer and my supervisor wants us to be able to instantly acknowledge her emails with a thumbs up.

Yes please! Allow the user to change the default option of “reply all” to “reply”.
This would make a massive difference to me and members of my work place.
Please make Reply the default option instead of Reply All, or at least give us the option. Reply All is poor email etiquette at best and profoundly unsafe at worst. Leaving it as default is irresponsible.
Reply should be the default option, not reply all.
Yes, please make REPLY the default on group messages not REPLY ALL. Why is Microsoft so set on REPLY ALL for group messages! Most people just need REPLY and why are these comments here for so long with no resolution or explanation from Microsoft?
Yes, please make REPLY/REPLY ALL selectable in Options. I most often need to reply to one recipient in a group email and rarely need to Reply All.
It makes it dangerous for me to use outlook - too many chances to send the wrong info to everyone on an email chain
I agree please PLEASE at the minimal make reply the default in group email.......
For the love of GDPR can you please fix this!!! At least allow a setting to switch the default to reply instead of reply all.
Hello!!! There are complaints on this going back like 2 YEARS now!!! Can you all please fix this???

Having the default "Reply All" on messages with multiple recipients is the cause for many mistaken "Reply All" emails. If the default can't be changed to "Reply" at least give iOS and Android Outlook application users the ability set their preference.
