Meeting counter time/date not working
When I go into a notification in Outlook on my iPhone that a meeting I scheduled is countered to a new time/date in, I cannot see the new date/time nor automatically accept the counter.
When I’m scheduling an appointment I go to the time selection but it defaults to the current date. I usually want to set meetings or appointments up for future days. It’s clumsy currently to go back and select a day. It also is clumsy if you need to try multiple days to find a suitable available time.
It would be great if:
- you could keep scrolling down to set a meeting for the next days, I like how you can now see part of the next day.
- select the date from that modal without needing to exit the time selection modal. Maybe through an accordion that expands the date or time selection.
Unable to edit or delete a meeting series or occurrence.

Would like to be able to change the appointment time of one appointment and also a series without having to delete it and create a new one. The time change is on one but not the other. Clients often change times and this is cumbersome not to have a quick change on the phone app. I use this alot... Please help!

I would like to be able to edit the “description” field on a meeting invitation sent to me by someone else. This would be help to allow me to link the conf call number and the password for the call together so I can more easily dial them from my cell phone.
I can’t edit an individual meeting from a series of I need to move / cancel. I end up going to iOS calendar app. Very frustrating!

Please allow creation and adjustment of dates to a meeting series. This was an option in the OWA for iPhone app.
