Do not disturb
Be able to set times to not receive email notifications. I have a boss who works in the middle of the night and sends emails. My phone is set to do not disturb so I do not hear alerts but I see the banner preview of the message and it makes me look at them and then I cannot sleep.

Hi, it would be great if I could have a setting to have my email alerts only from Monday to Friday. Thanks

Would be great if I could set my work account to automatically turn on at 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and off all other times?

Add a timer to turn notification sounds on and off at certain times eg overnight.

Recurring setting that will prevent notifications during pre-specified time/days. Example, turn off on weekends. Thank you.

F***ing God yes, it’s 11:15 and I’m getting email notifications. I am really starting to miss your competitors app.

Yes, this would be great. Like many people Outlook is my work email. It would be great to have a Do Not Disturb feature that mutes all notifications. (By time AND day). This way I only receive notifications during business hours.
Example I would only want to be alerted Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm

I get incoming emails constantly for every ticket sale our charity has. During the day, outlook is marking as read and sorting without notifying me, which is perfect, but after hours when I’m out of the office and my desktop computer is signed out, my phone starts getting incoming notifications for the sales emails because the rules from my desktop are no longer running. So after I leave the office, I get constant notifications.

I would like my push notifications to only be on from 7 AM till 3 PM Monday through Friday.
It would be great addition to your OutLook for iOS to have ability to mute notifications for specific hours. I work in big company where we get a lot of emails per day. When I'm in the office I get them on my PC with notifications and also on my phone which is a bit annoying. But when I'm out of office I have to get those notifications in case of emergency.
Thanks in advance.

My work email just sent 25 emails at once and created 25 individual notifications. The problem is, this happened after hours. I’d like to be able to mute Outlook notifications during certain times, without having to permanently turn it off or setting dnd on the whole phone. Can we get a custom mute feature?

I’d like to be able to schedule and manually turn off notifications for all accounts.

Hi, are there plans to implement the "do not disturb" button on iPhone? I noticed this on Android dogfood...
turn off notifications certain days/times
mute Outlook account (e.g.) work w/o muting phone for people who have one phone for work and life.

I have been looking for this since such a long time. Setting DND mode at the OS level seems to br a workaround to breathe during my vacations against the bombarding work-issues that I need not look at immediately. Please, have a scheduled push notification system for people who want to separate their work & personal life using the same phone. Please :)

I do not want to receive notifications for work email account after work hours. Would like a setting to turn on/off and configure a per-account Do Not Disturb schedule. E.g. no notifications for work exchange account between 7 pm and 8 am. Actually it would be easier to specific when notifications SHOULD be made — e.g. 8 am to 7 pm M-F.

It would be nice to be able to switch notifications off if I am at work and already receive notifications on my desktop. I don't want to have to see alerts on my phone and Apple watch. (They are all synced) I don't want to have to permanently turn off notifications but would like to have an option to quickly switch on or off in the Outlook app.

I don’t want to enable the system do not disturb because I still want notifications. I just want to separate my work and home life.

This is a 100% must have!! I’m the boss of a communications company, I actively encourage my staff to switch off when on holiday however if you need your phone whilst away you can’t stop outlook from receiving emails. When I went on holiday recently I ended up deleting the app to stop work emails. Which is a pain when restarting work as i had to reset passwords etc.
Yes! The Slack mobile app has this and it’s fantastic! I only get notifications on weekdays during work hours.
Would also be nice if there was an easy way to tie DND to out of office. Like when you set an out of office message, there could be an option to put outlook on “vacation mode” or something that overrides your normal DND hours and then restores them when the OOO is disabled.
