Please add a filter allowing us to locate all previously forwarded or replied too emails. That would make it easier to delete in bulk.
I would like to delete multiple emails at one time without having to click on each one. Maybe I can drag my finger down my inbox to select the emails instead of clicking on one at a time. Such as when we select multiple pictures to delete.

Deleting emails in iWatch in mail app is super easy, just swap with my finger and the email is deleted.
With Outlook app I need to literally open the email, scroll down and then finally click on the delete button. Not easy, not useful.

How about instead of swipe left to archive it’s swipe left to delete instead or check box to delete the selected mail to delete. You should not be forced into opening a email to delete something. Any security expert knows this other then Microsoft. You should also not be forced to open a email because you could obtain a virus. Also any unopened email can not be held against you. If someone is investigating you under federal laws. So give the option to have a secure way to delete email Microsoft. Give your app a security check up. So people can delete messages without getting a virus thru the emails they open.
I am using the app on an iPad and if I go to junk folder there is an option to permanently delete the junk mail, via one click easy to see icon that says permanently delete, however if I then go to my deleted folder that I wish to permanently delete those emails there isn’t a similar option to delete all of these, I contacted support who say I’m supposed to go to deleted folder tap and then hold an email and then it says delete all! Really this is absurd that this is so hidden, why isn’t this just as straightforward and easy to see and use as the delete all function in the junk folder? Please make it the same, why you would have hidden unknown basic features is crazy to me. I couldn’t find this method explained anywhere on the app so I guarantee most people will not know this and if the app isn’t easy and intuitive to use then people will not use it.
Also as I have numerous emails from the same advertiser that would be much easier to deal with if I could remove them all to my deleted folder with one single selection by selecting for example the senders email address and then having an option to delete all to the deleted folder instead of literally hundreds of emails one by one that would be an extremely helpful feature.
I can’t be the only person who gets lots of things daily from the same senders that need deleting. like an advertiser or spam that was missed by the junk folder
ie as an example if I have numerous emails from Microsoft(not spam but as an easy reference point) from one email address that I require to be deleted in one go can It be made so that I can delete all emails from the same senders email address without doing them one by one?
Furthermore in the settings there is no option to choose empty the deleted folder anywhere ie after 1 day or 1 week it never for example. So the deleted folder contents take up space unless you know the hidden trick detailed above so an added setting to auto clear deleted emails would also help.
Please can you investigate and address these
How about letting you delete an email with out having to open it!
I don’t want this account anymore please deactivated permanently
This would allow users to email people without them knowing who it was in case they don't want the receiver knowing. The receiver could then request to see who sent the email, and if the sender accepts then the sender's email will now be available

I don’t like the archive emails when you are wanting to delete on the swipe left option.
