Sync all folders.
In order to be an enterprise solution it needs to sync all folders.

Replicate the ability to create “search” folders as on the desktop and be able to sync those search folders with the iOS app.
For instance, being able to add a search folder that shows emails address just to me, or all flagged emails for follow up by a certain date, etc.

Option needed to sync all emails, not just 1000 per account. Not having it makes searching and managing emails difficult for the constant mobile/power user
Sync draft folder!!!!!!
Please make the standard function that allows the user to configure how often email should be synced, as we have many users who wants 15 minutes rather than every second.

Sync drafts so any draft begun on any device can be completed on another device. Currently it seems that you can only see and complete a draft from the device it originated from.
Need option to sync multiple or all folders

Currently you need to go into each sub folder to refresh it and have it display the correct amount of unread emails. Please make this automatic like the inbox folder.

Hello. In some other email apps it is possible to configure how many emails to sync - based upon how old or how large +++, and some support to configure how many emails to automatically sync, I.e. 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 and total/all emails.
I really hope that the Outlook app will get this support.
Now I every day suffer from this lack of support.
Below you can see my last email to Outlook Support and their last answer on the issue.
Hello. OK, now I know how the outlook app works and is configured. When I have performed a lot of “Load more messages” to have and see all emails in my Inbox they will be there until the app automatically performs a new sync. How often does the app perform syncing? In my opinion it should be user configurable to decide how many emails to synchronize - and total/all should be one of the options. Some other email apps has this functionality and I really miss this option in the outlook app. I really hope that you can consider to implement it. When Microsoft makes this kind of regulation and lack of functionality which indeed forces me to consider using another app from other vendors the situation is not good. After all the app needs to be user friendly and it is not with this limitation!!! At work we use office 365 and I pay for a private office 365 home product as well to combine the use of all the magnificent office products including outlook on windows which of course has this functionality. Then it should be obvious that the outlook app should have this functionality as well. As mentioned I really hope and expect that you will implement this. Looking forward to some useful and positive answer and feedback. The Samsung mail app is one of the apps with this functionality onboard... Regards, Dagfinn
Hello Dagfinn. Currently, the setting of how much email you want to sync in the app is a limitation.
If you would like to suggest this functionality for future builds, you can by navigating to SETTINGS > Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature. That way the developers know what our users are interested in. Thank you so much!

As with the native IOS Mail app you can decide timeframes that you want to sync back to ie 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, no limit etc, I’d like that same feature in the Outlook for IOS app as when you are travelling you need access your inbox as though it was your desktop machine whether that’s on your iPhone or iPad.

The sync takes over a minute when I open up the calendar. The old system was instant.

Include “draft”, so you can write an email in your computer and when you want you cande push send from your mobile or continuing editing in other device. Also for “outbox” you can schedule an email and if you using your mobile app the email can send later. Thanks.
