Sync all folders.
In order to be an enterprise solution it needs to sync all folders.
Add this feature please. At least the option to select folders for sync and notifications.

In previous release rules I set for specific email to go to a folder but now they are coming in my main inbox and cluttering it up

Folder selection option is needed

For heavens sake at least add an option to choose folders to sync! This has been in Windows phone/mobile for donkeys years.
Please update Outlook app to allow syncing of email drafts between multiple iOS devices!

My Outlook mobile app has several folders still showing that I have deleted over the years from my desktop version of Outlook. New ones always appear, but deleted ones don’t disappear from the mobile app, making my list of folders to scroll through way long.

Sync all folders especially drafts

Mobile (iOS) folder structure does not reflect when folders are deleted. Therefore searching folders on mobile is terrible. Please sync folder structure (not just folder content!). Thank you!

Please allow for all inbox sub folders (rules) to sync automatically. As of now, you have to open the app and click on every individual sub folder to sync and update. Currently we are not notified when we receive a new email from someone who has their own dedicated folder. For business professionals that like to keep their emails organized, it is possible that there are many sub folders. This application makes it impossible to use this for professional purposes.

We can have each separate folder to be synced with different time. Example one folder can be synced for a week and another synced for a month and some other for a 6 months..or all the time. User should have that flexibility in 365 account.
Drafts should synchronize

Not all e-mails will be syncronized. Spam-Reports from linked GMX-Account are shown in the Apple-mail-App, also content in the spam-folder from the Office365forBussiness-Account, but not in Outlook for iOS.
It‘s annoying to use both e-mailApps

It should be possible to synchronize/download all emails in the inbox. Noe you only sync 1000, but it should be possible to configure how much to sync.
I think this lack of functionality is very bad, and I really hope that you will fin this.
I have reisedøgn this issue before, without any answer or solution plans.
As a Premium user I really think this functionality should have been a part of Outlook.
In general all folders should be alle tonfully download/synchronize.
I too have mail rules setup on the desktop client that automatically send emails into specific folders. By not having this enabled for notifications and push in the iOS app, I am missing emails that are coming into these folders.
The native iOS app notifies me of these emails, I am surprised that the current Outlook iOS app does not. Hope this is coming soon.

I believe it’s important to sync the Draft folder. When I draft an email on my phone, it doesn’t show up on my calendar.

Sync drafts between outlook online and outlook app.
I want notification when new mail arrives in sub folder. I have set up rules on my desk client to automatically forward the mail from certain contacts into sub folders and it is really annoying that my iPhone doesn’t notify me when a new mail is placed here.
Sync specific selected folders and of course receive notification when new email goes in there. I have rules set on my o365 and since some emails go straight to the specific folder the phone never notifies since it is not in inbox. This is the only feature that i need in order to ditch the apple stock email app

I have Outlook e-mail on my work computer & when I create new folders or subfolders on my work computer. (& I do this on a daily basis) I update my outlook e-mail at work on a daily basis, not just creating new folders or subfolders but I drag e-mails I receive on a daily basis to those subfolders for my customers.
So when I'm at home and need to access my emails and see the last correspondence with a customer I created a folder for them. I generally name the folder of whatever the new customers name is & drag their e-mails into their folder. So I can just click the folder, which I just name it the customers name & can view all the e-mails we exchanged back and forth.
Now, on my work computer I can do it no problem. But on my iPhone when I'm at home, I cannot do this because my iPhone Outlook e-mail does not update with the work Outlook e-mail.
***I USE TO DO THIS ALL THE TIME AND WAS NEVER AN ISSUE. BUT NOW, I CANNOT VIEW THE NEW FOLDERS I CREATED LET ALONE SEE THE E-MAILS MY CUSTOMERS AND I EXCHANGED BAXK & FORTH. BECAUSE I ALWAYS DRAG THE E-MAILS FROM WHATEVER CUSTOMER I RECEIVED INTO THEIR FOLDER I CREATED ON MY WORK COMPUTER FOR THEM. BUT, AS OF COUPLE WEEKS AGO, I CANNOT SEE ANY OF THIS ON MY IPHONE & USE TO SEE THIS ALL THE TIME AND EVRYTIME I CREATED A NEW FOLDER OR ANYTHING. I WAS ABLE TO SEE THE FOLDERS AND CLICK ON THE NAME AND ALL THE E-MAILS I DRAGGED THERE I WAS ABLE TO SEE THEM ALL THE TIME.
BUT NOW, I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S NOT SYNCING OR WHAT IS GOING ON, AS I NEED THIS, BERY IMPORTANT FOR MY WORK.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE L? MY PERSONAL E-MAIL IS ROBBIESKI5855@GMAIL.COM AND GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP? ? ? OR FEEDBACK ON WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET ALL THIS AS I HAD IT BEFORE PLEASE??
THANK YOU SO MUCH,

Outlook should sync all sub-folders in a ‘push mode’. (Or have the option to select which folders to sync)
