Sync all folders.
In order to be an enterprise solution it needs to sync all folders.

One-month sync for outlook app is not enough time span. It causes inconvenience to checking flagged emails over a month ago. I would suggest you going back to when I can load more emails simply by clicking ‘load more conversations’ at the bottom.

Want to be able to choose which folders in my mailbox I see in the mobile app

Why does it not repopulate ALL my folders??? Have to manually open each sub folder after updating app, then wait to download all mail in the folder. With over a hundred sub folders this is a ridiculous impost on users. There needs to be a single option to sync and download all emails after an update is carried out!!!

Seriously annoyed with the updates clearing all my mail history and not repopulating my sub folders, having to go into each sub folder and download all the emails is tedious and a major flaw. Who allowed this feature to pass quality inspection ????

Guys, I have several subfolders and they do not sync only when I click on them. This is very bad, I frequently miss important emails running a business on the go. Fix it NOW

This is unacceptable. From a customer perspective we need better support than "its not a bug so.........". Actually the exchange server is useless to me if I can't reach more than 30 days of mail. Working for a large corporation requires me to fetch emails greater than 30 days very frequently on the go. Please fix this.

Adding option to be able to mount all of the mailboxes that you have rights for automatically would be nice. On Windows PC app its loaded automatically, on OSX app it can be loaded manually, but in both cases it doesnt require credentials to mount

my personal use habit will use automatic sorting function “specific sender will be store in different folded”. When I use the mobile outlook, it can not sync the unread email from service and can not see the unread account numbers.
Stupid way is you need to open the each sub-folder, the you can see the unread email ( the outlook will sync the email server.)
It is not good way and I hope the mobile outlook can have the same function( sync all the unread email for all sub forder not just “inbox”.

Add a feature to sync all emails, all time, with no limit of number of emails. Need more than 30 days of emails. This keeps me going back to apple.

We are switching back to the Apple iOS mail client because Microsoft can’t sync more than 30 days of emails. As a business we need to be able to refer back to historical emails on mobile devices. Just pitiful on Microsoft’s part that Outlook for iOS can’t match a basic feature that the Apple iOS mail client does easily, and we are on an Exchange mail server. Outlook iOS support claims there is no plan to fix this as it is not deemed a bug but rather an architectural design of the Exchange server. Users are not interested in the “why not” excuses.

I also want to confirm, that the sync period of 30 days is too short.
-> it should be adjustable in the settings
-> there should become override e.g. like scrolling below the end of the list to force to sync more.
-> „for me“ Outlook can cleanup the additional synced objects after x days. I only need the option to sync more, if I have to look for an older mail!
I think I’m recent version (months ago) it was possible to sync more than 30 days and to force loading older mails. Or I didn‘t realize it before but today I‘m really missing it! -

This is definitely needed in an enterprise environment. Sync options should be able to customisable to allow;
- choosing folders to sync,
- and the sync period. If not anything, absence of this feature kills the threaded view. When you move an email to a folder and a new message arrives in the same thread, you don’t see the messages previously moved to subfolders in the same thread. To achieve this visibility, you need to go and individually sync all subfolders, which is not a solution at all.
This should be the number one priority. It’s a shame that this client does not have such basic features.

Provide a means to force sync of an account or an individual folder in an account.
Would be very useful to ensure that e.g. deletions or folder empty are synced to the Imap server immediately after they are done when working with accounts on multiple devices

The 30 days limit is a total inconvenience.

I really don’t understand 30 days limit with
Exchange sync? Allow users to select sync period or at least allow to sync ALL DAYS. For enterprise app this is a must! -

I need my folders and subfolders to automatically update as messages come in. Right now I have to tap on each folder for it to update. That makes me have to go into each folder to find the new message. This is very cumbersome. The app should work like outlook on my PC. When a message comes in it goes to the correct folder and shows the number of new-unread messages. Can you work on this ASAP??? This should be a standard feature.
