This futures are needed - this is why I have to switch (unfortunately) to Apple email App.
1. I dont see incoming emails from my folders in “not readed emails”. Now I have to check all my folders separately to see if there is some received new emails I didnt read yet.
2. It is synchronized only last 1 month, not more. I cant see all my emails. (Apple email app synchronized all my emails) -

I check my email, and it reliably tells me what new messages I have.
Currently I check my inbox, and then have to check specifically in subfolders to see if a rule has placed a new message there. This isn’t an efficient use of my time.

Same problem here. Outlook in app support asked me to try a few things which didn't work, then said to go to Office 365 support... which I did, who (whilst helpful) couldn't fix the issue and said all Outlook sync issues should sit with in-app support team. I've gone back to them to say this and waiting for a response...

Why doesn’t all of my folders sync, if Apple mail can do it so should outlook. I really don’t wanna go back to apple mail.

It won’t download the emails for all the folders until I go into it. Can we have sync option which checks for all the folders

Allow folders in box to sync instantly when opened. Currently it takes too long for it to sync while the inbox syncs instantly. iOS mail app syncs it instantly. Can’t work with this efficiently.

Folder syncing is not as reliable as it needs to be. Every so folders stop syncing and I have to go to every folder to manually sync them to get them auto syncing again.

Outlook in iOS sporadically syncs subfolders. Needs to be consistent

It would be great if you could give access to folders in IMAP

AGREE, that all folders and sub folders should sync automatically. Being on the road for work weekly and not having access to all of my mail is problematic and has cost me a few paydays. MS, please support the community and fix the sync issues.

The order of folders from the desktop should sync to the mobile app. It’s also crazy that the sub folders on the mobile app can’t be collapsed. I have a lot of folders and the lack of these basic features means Outlook is basically useless to me for anything outside of the Inbox.

I cannot see why I would only want to sync my inbox partially. If an email is left in my inbox, then it is becuase I need to action it. Even if it’s old. Partially syncing stops me from doing this remotely!
Failure to have this option will result in me using another mail client
