Sometimes when replying back in group email the email thread gets confusing on who is able to read the whole email thread , and sometimes I just want to send one part of the email thread not all the email thread.

Don’t show the whole email for each mail in the thread.
If you have 20 emails in the thread and some are very long you can’t scroll down to the original emails to see them.
Untether the email thread. As it is tethered together currently, when on a mobile device and trying to do efficient work, it is really hard to single out a particular email to forward to someone else to follow up on without sending the entire thread.
Sending the entire thread is not always appropriate based on who will be tasked to follow up on the email.
The standard default when message threads are set to be grouped is that the latest replies are shown at the top of the message thread (this is the default in Outlook Desktop). A user can quickly read the latest reply without having to scroll to the very bottom of message and waste time. Outlook Desktop allows the user to select what order new messages should be displayed in Grouped Threads. Outlook Mobile should do the same. I hope this option can be added soon. Thanks for your consideration!
Email by thread but need to be able to work alone, such as filing And add to one note.
Actually, add to one note is not working on iPad
Would be helpful to have thread management so that one can choose last one or two messages of a long thread to reply (and add and extra recipient or forward. So often I have to manually delete the history I don’t want.
Email thread does not show in order received. Very confusing when opening into the middle of a conversation and not knowing which email was the base of the thread.

Please add the ability to toggle the email thread order. Sometimes it is easier to find a message if the display shows newest reply on the top; and sometimes it is easier to find a reply by switching the order by showing the older message on the top.

Be able to look into email threads to find emails vs. only seeing the most recent email within the thread

When reviewing an email thread, it’s challenging to determine which one I’m deleting/archiving while moving through the thread or if I’m potentially deleting all of them. In the iOS mail app, I could expand the thread in the inbox and swipe delete each.
When conversations are organized by threads, it would be great if we could click and expand, and choose what to read, rather than opening the whole thread directly, kinda to mimic the feature on the laptop.

I have always found threads to be a terrible idea. No updates have ever made them a better feature. Please make them “opt in”.

Threads are very difficult to navigate
It should be more like the desktop

Make handling of emails within a thread work like iOS mail. That is the benchmark for usability on those features. Look at the competition.
Threads in the app are not working properly as many answers confuse you when they are threaded. It should be made easier to follow oldest and newest post in threads as well as answering to any post in the thread.

To prevent spam pretending one is the same name in the org as someone else, the email address of the sender should always be shown with the name of the sender, or at least if there is a name match. When replying only the name is shown and this can let a spammer be successful if the staff isn’t being super attentive.

Original message gets lost if not included

When an email is forwarded to another person, that new person’s responses are grouped in with the original email thread. This makes it difficult sorting through new messages and many times new messages are missed because of the grouping, especially if multiple people are on this one thread. Conversation thread works well with one person, but the forwarded email should create a new thread with the new person.

Enable preview of all mail in a thread on main screen itself.
