Junk mails
You could start with making the outlook actually filter out all the junk! Im marking 5-10+ mails every day as junk but i still get more and more junk mailes

I have an idea for better detection of junk emails. So I personally get Junk Emails for so called „Dragon Bitcoin“ so much. I wish I could tell Outlook to automatically put Emails with the word „Dragon Bitcoin“ into the Junk folder. So it wouldn’t make a difference if the next Spam mail comes from another address. Would be great if that were possible!

Too many ads too many spam, junk, phishing emails even when I tagged them they as so they continue to come into my inbox daily and it’s irritating. Also people emails I need to block it’s no feature for blocking those emails of harrasment

Smart mail organizer needs to be a feature. Outlook should learn from mail and move mail to potential categories like junk, marketing, social etc.

I have emails from stores and websites I want to receive but they go to my junk folder when I don't want them to. Need a way to fix that please.

Microsoft need to address the massive influx of scam emails being dumped into Junk folder. I have been in contact with them through emails, Microsoft Community, Facebook and now this site. Their general response is a cut and paste selection of paragraphs telling you they care, giving you advise that doesn't work and tell you that they are working on it. There are hundreds of people that have reported the issue some that I have seen go back to 2012 (more than likely goes back to way before this.
Proposal:
1 Microsoft realise the extent of the issue (don't tell me they do)
2 MS actually read the responses from customers and UNDERSTAND the real issue and not circumvent the issue (they tell you they understand, I doubt that - they would have addressed the issue by now)
3 MS realise their current system is ineffective (MS are quick to point out that their process works they do not want to accept that the design is flawed)
4 MS sending thousands of junk to my junk box to be deleted after 10 days is NOT a solution. Stop telling us about this. Unless I have to sift through hundreds of junk emails every day I run the risk of losing important emails.
5 MS to train their Customer Services people to understand that some of the age old cut and paste recommendations DO NOT WORK
6 MS realise cut and paste patronising does not solve the issue. After reading the same thing email after email after email does not install any confidence or trust.
7 Try one proposal that has been sent through by several subscribers over some time now - allow us to use the blocking rules in the Junk mail box and don't limit the number of rules.
8 In addition to above, make the blocking process simpler.
9 Finally, be more honest about what is going on -

Why can’t I block and send you info. about spam-fishing on my iPhone when I kan do it on my HP computer on the same program / app Outlook?
And if I block spam and whatever, I don’t want that sender to send me anything at al in the future. I don’t want to receive the same e-mail from that sender over and over again in my spam file! Why do you think I block it in the first place?
Know is it really time four you to take this serially if you want to have some customers left. We are many that really is very tired to receive from the same spam senders over and over again, with the same sender address! And you do noting about it as it is know, even when we all is helping you out to stop them.

So many scam e mails lately and no way to protect our account. Every week I receive many scam mails and there is no easy way to report and block the account that mails me

About a lottery winning. I expect to be protected from those accounts. I can’t spent my time and energy any more to investigate . Easy function should be add to be able to block and report those accounts -

Block sender and add rules on mobile version. Spam is increasing daily. Very annoying since functionality is already years available on pc version.

I don’t want an Asian or Russian date. Don’t need medical marijuana and I definitely don’t need all the junk and spam. You unsubscribe and they change addresses. One day I got ten for a flashlight in a row really how about doing something about it.

Make a swipe option for junk email. At present have to open to junk which I believe sends back to sender thus creating even more junk.

I am receiving approximately 5-10 phishing emails a day. G-Mail does not have this problem as bad.
