Load Older Messages
I can’t view except messages two weeks old
Need this feature back in or why would I use Outlook over the native IOS app
App on iphone does not show old messages wich are older than a month.
I need to load older messages. We need that old feature back. We use our phones more and more everyday
Used to be fine with the "Load more messages" option at the bottom, now it is useless. If you need an email over 30 days old you have to go back to the native Mail app. Just stopped using it and now just use the Mail app which is a real shame.
Why would limit the amount of emails to be accessed. This means a person only need this app for reading emails within the last 30 days. App is useless if you can’t access previous emails past 30 days. This is ridiculous!

App has become useless when i can see emails from more than 30 days ago.
I like the outlook app, but the fact that I can't load older mails makes it useless to me. Please add an option to setup a sync limit to the mail account settings with an selection all mail.

****.... it did cost me 6 hours of work to pay to an ict-er to hear that the problem is outlook wich not shows older messages...
It became the most expensive app i've ever had!!!!!!!
I just went over from gmail to outlook (With exchange)... but... no way outlook ever gets on my phone again with no control over my mails... went back to gmail where i can see and get everything i need!

Please bring back asap the function to have No Limit in old e-mails again. It has been standard in Outlook f or May years now and I dont understand, why Microsoft suddenly has removed the function.
It seems this feature has been removed and you can only go back 30 days.
This is the primary reason why I and my users use the Outlook app over the native iOS app.
We would really like it restored.
It is possible now to search 3 months old emails, sometimes it is neede to go way behind, to 6 or 12 months back in the past. Please allow this.
Pleas we need To load all E-Mails and Dates
I would like to see if there is an improved way to access all emails dating back infinitely to the beginning of time on the account.
With the amount of use we use our phones to access emails, it appears that I can only get about a year or less of emails that I search for.
We need an improved way to search back farther in our archives. Thank you.
I recently found that in all My outlook nhs.net app none of the messages / mails from more than 1 month ago are visible.
I have been told that periodically the app synchronises and will trim the number of messages to 500 per folder.
For me this has not happened - it’s very much based on a 1 month date.
I am a doctor and need to be able to access older messages in my folders.
In the iOS settings for accessing the emails via the iPhone Native email the maximum date to go back to is 1 month.
In my old hospital Specific outlook / exchange I could set that to “ no limit”
It would be very helpful to be able to sync with “ no limit “ both on the outlook app and on the iOS settings for Outlook emails

Makes outlook useless now
Recently only messages from the last 30 days will show on Exchange account on my phone, so older messages or those stored in folders can no longer be accessed at all! Please bring back how it was before so I can access ALL my emails on my work phone, not just those from the last 30 days
Is there an update on this?????
I can see ALL email in my inbox on my iPhone, but only 30 days on my iPad. NEED all emails.
I work in projects that last sometimes years.
I have been told by your support (see text at the end) that the app is limited to “1 month see emails”. This is absurd for me and 3000 more of colleagues of my firm. We need access to older emails. Otherwise the app is useless. Note that we can get access to all emails using the native mail app of the phone (iPhone) without a problem, so I do not see a technical impossibility from your side to allow the app to have unlimited time regarding the mails that are possible to access from the app. I like the app but with that limitation I will be deleting it from the phone and advising my management of that set-back.
Read next the answer from your colleagues at support:
“Hi there and thank you for contacting Outlook Mobile Support.
Outlook for iOS app has some restrictions on the number of messages using a specific protocol and for your '@besix.com' account, the app will sync only 30 days worth of emails. Your feedback is very important to us and if you wish to see changes to this limitation, you may send a Feature Request directly to our Development Team by going to the app's Settings > Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature. “

As long as this request has been out there - clearly MS doesn’t plan to make this possible. I came to Outlook because of reviews. But too
Many things that are available in the native app and not in outlook - make this app useless to our business.
