Copy and paste signatures to app without losing font/images/colour
Why there is no options for a color signature?

Yes - that is a big problem! And I don't understand why you would make it not possible in the first place?

Why isn’t it possible to attach a logo or to paste an image to the email signature. Whilst it is possible from outlook on a PC, it isn’t from an iPhone or an iPad ! Or I’m missing a trick here !

There should be the option to have your company logo on your signature block.

Please allow us to use the same signatures that we created on the desktop client.

It would be nice to be able to copy and paste my company logo/picture in the signature box

On my MacBook Pro I can add a digital signature to the bottom of my email that includes images of the awards we’ve received. On my iPad and iPhone there’s no way seemingly to add images. I’d have thought replicating the signature across iPad, iPhone, MacBook and 365 would have made sense?

When you creat an email signature on the desktop browser, it should sync across all devices and locations where you are logged in. That way it looks consistently wherever you are working from.

We have to manually add a signature from app to add a signature , why not sync

Let photos be added in signature as they are in desktop version

I would like my signature block in iOS to match 365, with logo.

Allow to be able to bold, italicize, or underline the signature. Also, If possible, even add the ability to change the font, font size, and font color.

I use my Outlook as corporate email account and I want to use my corporate signature with icons, images, different colors of fonts and their thickness.
Please can you allow us to use the same signature we use on Outlook on our P.C. on the app? Is logo and images.
Casey Anderson commented
Using outlook app on my iPad Pro and the signature capabilities currently are plain text only - super limiting.
This isn’t a great option from a branding standpoint.
Outlook, no matter what device is used, should pull up the same signature on my email as an option to choose from.
I was able to build a custom email signature with a logo and links on my desktop PC in the desktop version of the outlook app, it looks and functions great, but I don’t know why it’s not showing as an option on the iPad... you’re only able to type in a text option.
Please fix this issue.

It would be very good addition if you could increase the font on a signature. Similar to the way you can on a PC.
Look more professional.

The keyboard overlays the editing field of signatures when using more than three accounts... So no typing or pasting signature text possible. Please solve.
