Ability to exband the email conversations from the inbox view and/or sort the emails by date and disregard merging the conversations emails into one email. Same as the desktop software
I do not want to use conversation views, but the latest update has turned this on and I cannot turn it off. I only want to view the most recent email, not the whole chain, and I want to delete inly the most recent email, not the whole chain.

Required a new feature for on/off conversation mode.
The app seems to group messages , so when I reply to an email, it groups it all. If I go back to original email message it’s all grouped and merged. I want the original mail to stay the same.
You should be able to open an email conversation without opening all the emails in a conversation at the same time. You should be able to delete or file each individual email in a conversation instead of all or nothing. Apple’s mail platform handles this significantly better than Outlook.

When looking at emails allow for moving through emails either by newer or previous emails based on date. Currently it only allows for previous.
Stop group my email I want them separate like it use to be I don’t need a thread that u need to click the click dots to see
Hi - could you please make Outlook iOS more like Outlook 365.
In particular the "Show As Conversations" and "Conversation Settings".
iOS Outlook has "threading" (organize by thread), but that is limited to just showing a group of email messages, without being able to expand it and look at individual emails, like in Outlook 365 (or Apple Mail iOS for that matter).
And then the latest message is at the bottom (different than O365), which would be better to be at the top.
Would be good to have the Conversations/Threading be more like Outlook 365 and/or Mail iOS (which has numerous threading options to get a good user experience).
Because of these issues, I use Mail iOS on my phone/iPad, when I'd rather be using Outlook iOS since it's what I use on my laptop and I would prefer a consistent tool.
Option to automatically run conversation cleanup as messages arrive. And option to cleanup all folders simultaneously.
Agreed. This is the key flaw of IOS version. Emails in conversation view are often not flowing in a logical order. Often some emails seem to be missing from the chain. Makes me not want to respond to an email in case I’m missing a piece of the story.
It should be possible to fold up messages in the conversation view like Outlook for Web. It helps to make a longer conversation more clearly.
Allow more options for simplified view.
Reading a group mail is not clear how to select the one I would like to reply
Inbox currently needs conversation view similar to Outlook client software where it is easy to keep track of email chains. I also would like to see Gmail like features - auto complete, confidential mode, schedule send and snooze!
Just like in the computer version, be able to see and view emails from main inbox as default. Or other viewing options via decisions in settings.
Because is always last showing mail, it is too complicated to find specific “old” mail you want to forward to somebody else.
Maybe it is working for sombody but it would be nice if you could switch it of (i was trying to find that option but didn’t manage)

When viewing by conversation have the ability to expand the conversation without going into the whole thread along with the ability to delete, flag and move individual emails within that thread.
How often do we get threads where people reply with “thanks” or where one of the mails in that thread contains an action but others don’t need to be kept in the inbox. It takes too many interactions in the phone app to perform simple organization tasks on your inbox from the mobile app.

The grouping of conversations is totally confusing I can’t find emails don’t know what I’ve responded to. The office version of outlook is so easy to use why change from that?
If compared to other email app the conversation organizer is very poor and not so user friendly

It would nice when you multiple new messages in a conversation view that it shows the number of new messages. Currently it only shows a “1” to the right of the message.
When multiple mails arrived in a single conversation it is hard to identify all single mails.
Why is this relevant? When a larger team responds to a mail, the sequence is not guaranteed and the last mail in the conversation might not cover all responses.
My today’s workaround? I open my desktop outlook where I double check that I haven’t missed a reply.
