Are use the focused and other inboxes. In order to set up an email to always go to the other inbox instead of focus, I have to click on the email, click on the three dots, select move to other (not just move) and then answer that dialogue just this once or always. When I get 30 to 4 emails a day that I want to move, that is just way too much work. It would be great if there was a feature where one could add it to swipe, or edit a batch etc.But always so it’s only once white or click away

I'm trying to train the Other emails functionality by sending a bunch of my emails to Other. Once I've selected a few emails, "Other" is no longer within the options.

This works on the web interface but not on the mobile app or the mobile interface.
The only way to do that currently in the mobile app is to open each email and move it individually
Apparently, a similar feature request thread exists but is marked as completed, while surely it doesn’t happen in the mobile app.

When moving a message to other inbox, you get ask to always move, but that is ongoing and is a good feature. It would be a great addition if it took the older ones and move them all when you indicate always move as well. The main purpose is to remove the clutter that is not as important to get to messages that are important and if getting sent a lot of same emails it is hard to clean that up easily and get to what is important.

Stop having emails be in the focus area when it’s daily subscriptions and having to go on each email and move it to others

Hi may I please suggest that we are able to see the subfolders and folders created from our inboxes and the content that lies in it. Same goes for the sent messages.

Too many spam emails are staying at the top of my inbox and important emails are being sent straight to the other folder and it’s really annoying having to swipe between the two. The most recent emails should be in the highlighted box and older messages should be sent to the other box after a day or two. It would be easier to find the emails I need that day and know that if it was older then I’d have to look in the other inbox rather than just guess where my emails are.
In short; emails sent that day should fall into the highlighted inbox for a day or two. Anything older should then move automatically to the other inbox -

Stop having them disappear/get archived unless chosen by me. You’re moving important messages out of my sight which were intentionally left.
