Add Caller Identification feature on iOS
Allow the Outlook app to use the GAL, as well as Mailbox Contacts, for Caller Identification, similar to the LinkedIn app on iOS.

Please implement - this is really important!
This is a must have for being competitive in the market ... Two years now and nothing happened
Due to the “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) in the European Union (EU) it is not allowed to give personal information (like name, address, phone no.) to third parties without the approval of the person affected. That is also valid while using Apps on mobile devices.
For that reason most companies in the EU do not allow to synchronize contact information from secured areas (Citrix XenMobile, Microsoft Intune) to the iOS contacts or prohibit the use of Apps on corporate phones. Both approaches result into great inconvenience!
The solution would be the use of the Caller ID function which is available and already implemented by Citrix. With this function the need to replicate contacts from secured areas to iOS contacts will become unnecessary and everybody could follow GDPR and use Apps. So why isn’t Microsoft able to offer the Caller ID function..?
I think you would make a lot of people happy which use a corporate phone in the EU!
we are missing an option in Outlook for iOS to provide callerid information directly to our iOS devices. Due to EU regulations we don't want to sync the company contacts to the internal memory of our mobile devices or even to iCloud which would result in unmanaged company data stored in the private Apple user account. iOS is capable of receiving contact information from third party apps through "Call Blocking & Identification" (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207099), would be great if you could add support for this in a future release. We are currently using VMware Boxer which is providing this option, quite a show stopper for Outlook Mobile to replace Boxer in our environment.
Hope to see some thumbs-up for this feature request here :-).

It would be nice if there was a way to label different mail subaccount icons so one could see what account icon to click on. Currently all icons look the same

Having just 1 letter identify a mailbox is confusing when there are several accounts beginning with the same letter. Difficult to identify which mailbox upon opening an email.

We are 5000 people in our company and we can’t synch all contacts from the global address list to our local address book. Could you activate the calling id feature for iOS, that it is possible to recognise a caller when he is in our global AD address list?
