User shouldn’t be required to delete the irrelevant advertisements like “Get outlook for ios” by going to the settings that are not easy to find. Don’t set it as default please. Indeed very annoying.

You delete this IN OUTLOOK on your ios device. Open your outlook mail, swipe left/right, go to settings, and delete the signature. Voila!

Yikes you guys...this is so easy. All you do is open Outlook email, swipe from left to right, click on the gear (settings) icon, scroll down to signature and edit. You must do this on each device. That's it. Good luck.

There is no option to remove in the settings in IOS.
Those "helpful" suggestions to change the signature may be well intentioned but wrong.
Before giving advice, please get yourself an Ipad and try out the settings before giving rubbish advice.

I agree. Why not keep signature empty by default.

Such an immapropriate feature, and I can't figure out how to alter it in settings. Too f-ing busy to be dealing with such an annoying feature. Hate having to delete it from the bottom of every email! Is there a simple fix that doesn't require reading through counltess condescinding and confusing suggestions from much more computer literate people? Thank you to anyone who can help me!
Outlook/Microsoft, c'mon, why do you have this on there?!!

May I suggest you change the default to: Sent from Outlook on my iPhone' or 'Sent from Outlook on my Android' or 'Sent from Outlook on my mobile device', or some such? It is the CRASS and RUDE use of the imperative that I find irritating to the extreme.
Inform, don't command. Do what I tell you to do!
Isn't that irritating? -

This is a "feature" from **** that just does no credit to your brand at all. Get with the times!

How to remove this option from the two places in Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019 and Outlook for Office 365
You can remove this option by adding and configuring the DisableOutlookMobileHyperlink registry entry, as follows.Important
Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
Exit Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019 or Outlook for Office 365.
Start Registry Editor. (Press Windows Key + R, type regedit.exe in the Open box, and then click OK.)
In Registry Editor, locate and click one of the following subkeys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\General\
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\General\
On the Edit menu, select New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Type DisableOutlookMobileHyperlink.
Select and hold (or right-click) DisableOutlookMobileHyperlink, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
Exit Registry Editor.
