The time has come for Outlook (all versions) to offer a mail merge feature allowing the sender to insert dynamic fields into emails completed by reference to the contact record before being sent. While there may be a fear of misuse, email is already misused and many third party products offer this feature anyway. Simply set a maximum of 50 recipients per mass mail.
You have already created templates, unfortunately they still require us to manually edit them to personalize for each recipient. This is time consuming. An obvious solution exists.

Hello! I’d like to suggest or maybe recurved help to merge the outlook calendar with the Apple calendar! It would be awesome to have all that in one space! Thanks!

Forwarding a single mail from a mail trail is at least clumsy or impossible.
Some email replies that are merged into 1 email are not displaying the entire chain of messages

Outlook isn’t capable with mail app. I wish all my emails would sync, be visible, and able to reply from the mail app. Having two apps for emails isn’t convenient. I’ve considered deleting outlook over it.

There needs to be a way to merge outlook calendars and contacts with the phone calendar and contacts.

Personalized email and personalized attachments would make my job a lot easier. You don’t have that feature unless you buy it.
