Favorites for Contacts
Create Favorutes for Contacts
Show same “Favourites” folder list as web/desktop versions.
Favourites are especially useful for filing emails into deeply nested subfolders — especially given that the iOS app doesn’t allow you to expand/collapse them.
Can we have as part of the selection when adding email attachments, a Favorites folder with shortcuts to frequently used folders on OneDrive, DropBox etc??
As per the title it’s vital that the Favourite folders automatically update with an unread count, otherwise they are pointless.
Constantly missing important emails that go into them via Rules makes it then inefficient if you have to go through each one manually to see if anything new has appeared. Therefore you have to delete the rule and just let everything go into your Inbox as that’s the only folder which auto updates and notifies the user.
Hence why the Favourites is pointless.
Please implement this as soon as possible.
I want to be able to filter notifications to my most important contacts outside of work hours, but today I need to “Favorite” them which causes folders to be created. I don’t need folders for them, just priority filtering abilities.
We can add a favorite frequent email, but your inbox is still cluttered with it.. it doesn’t help organize..

I would like to get screen/push notifications for a select contact when they email. I don’t want to be pinged with all emails. This is possible with apple mail but not outlook. Can this please be added?
To add a list of favorite folder just like the desktop version to left sided panel

Absolutely crucial. When I moved to Outlook on iOS, I no longer can have designated VIP or favorites contacts. So, I either get email notifications for everyone or none. In the native app, I had the option to get separate notifications from certain people (for example, as a parent, If I get an email from the school, I want to get notified. There are many situations where I absolutely need this

I recommend doing something similar to the iphone inherent email app that gives you the option to star/favorite contacts so that you can filter by that category and/or receive notifications for those contacts only.

Please make “Favorite people will be coming soon!” Come true ASAP. such a basic feature. How hard could it be to add this? You are 10 years behind the rest of the world.

Create a feature so that only selected email addresses show up as notifications.

Restore favorites from full program profile settings so shown at top left along with inbox, sent items, etc. Especially helpful since can no longer collapse created subfolders.

Would like to see all mailbox favorites on the All Accounts view. It shows for individual mailboxes, but not for viewing all mailboxes at once.

It would be nice to be able to select some contacts for which we could get email notifications at the lock screen (only for the favorites). Please refer to the relevant iOS feature

Hi outlook on computer has the option to mark some folder one access often as favorite one.
If you have many favs folders than the ost/post default structure inbox, outbox, spam, deleted, etc.will be of minimal space.. You can hide the favs in order to see full default structure, but I need both.
Thus the idea to move favorites as in IE11/edge under the top outlook ribbon. Would make my life more easy😁

It would be great to have the opportunity to make contacts favorites and then be able to manage how their emails display.

Instead of having all notifications for emails, be able to specify favorite emails so you only get those notifications.
