Push notification on Support
when a reply to help and feedback comes back through the app. Can we get a push notification to advise that there is a message

Whenever there are bugs or outages or issues with the app (like the recent one where we couldn’t connect to Gmail) it would be good if you found a way to post that you are aware and provide updates to users so we don’t have to chase you via contacting support... just a point of feedback. Maybe twitter account or even through the app itself via push or email. Thanks

Please improve the notification that Support has contacted me back when I post an issue via the contact support chat. If there are notifications, I am not seeing them unless I click to go to support and see the mild discoloration.
I cannot tell you the number of times I have submitted the same question over and over because I couldn’t figure out where the heck my responses were going! Even on the rare occasion when I would HAPPEN to be looking at my screen to see the response notification, if I didn’t click on it right away it is SO HARD to figure out where it is!! It should be a persistent notification on the home screen AND/OR in a MUCH more obvious place than a tiny blue dot on the settings button you only see if you click on the file list. Ridiculous.

Can I get back deleted emails
Add a notification/flag in the app so you can see when you’ve got a response in the support chat. Inconvenient to have to open the chat to know if you’ve got a new answer.

There seems to be no reliable notification of new message to support. For example on my iPhone I happened to briefly see a message saying I had not responded to earlier messages so the job would be marked as closed.
I could not retrieve this message from anywhere. I entered help & feedback, which said I had 3 messages, but only gave me the option to create a new request Likewise on the iPad I happened to look and see a response to my request, but had received no notification about this, which means constantly checking for replies.
I had a couple of issues with my account and I was promptly assisted by the support team - they were great. The point is I don't know that they are in touch with me unless I check the messages in the support section! Messages from the support team has to be communicated in a better way and better noticeable than what it is on now.
Add a badge notification for new Support messages. Currently notifications either seem to be temp banners or are hidden in the settings menu so can easily be missed.
I have noticed that there is no more support notification shown on the cog wheel anymore when support replies to a question. Only after pressing the cog wheel can you see that support replied. Can you add that feature again please so one can see that from the beginning instead of having to press the cog wheel first.
Bring back a notification on the front page when support has sent a message. This new version is a real backward step!
