Empty deleted items on exit
Empty deleted items on exit or a button to delete all deleted items with one click
The option to not have to confirm deletion
Just as in the Windows version of Outlook has had for a very long time

Way too much spam and the spam blocker does absolutely nothing. I get so much junk mail that I can’t get rid of that I’m wanting to close my account due to this annoyance. Add a feature to really delete, block and report repeat spam. It’s offensive and annoying. It should be deleted automatically with a Spam filter. Every time we get a spam email we should be able to send to a spam folder we’re it is recorded in a block list. And not allowed to filter through again. This should automatically delete upon exit too

On iOS, what seems like a simple feature is not available- ability to clear trash.

It’s useful to know how you can select all items in the deleted emails folder, but that requires users to take the time to find this information. It would be much better if you could create an ‘empty deleted items’ option that’s on permanent display, like you have for ‘Empty spam’.

Not everybody wants a drink when they clean out their email box. Why not have it where you can select different options?

Using the mobile app version of Outlook, you should allow customers to click on a “select all” button within their ‘Deleted Items’ folder so that they can remove all of their deleted items in one go.
I have had to individually swipe right on every deleted item - and then after that - had to confirm that I wished to “delete permanently”, which takes too long and is a bad customer experience.

Hi, I read your solution to others’ requests and wasn’t able to make it work.
I filtered my email based on the sender, I long click on the email and looked for a checkbox to show up so I can select all and delete the emails in bulk.
Still a desired feature for myself and many others.
I hope a solution will be found soon so we can better manage our inbox/emails.

Would be good to be able to create folders from the mobile app, as well as being able to mark senders in junk folder as ‘safe senders’.
Need to be able to empty trash (all)

Please add a quick way to delete all items in the Deleted Items folder and also for the Junk folder. At present, I have to delete each item in these folders manually. A real pain when there are dozens of items (or more).

I cannot get messages I’ve deleted to STAY deleted. The admin suggested marking them as spam or creating a rule to delete automatically. But it’s not a matter of creating a rule to delete the emails automatically. They’re not spam, just messages I’ve read and dealt with and now I want them to go away. I try deleting them then I immediately go to the trash folder and permanently delete. But a minute later it’s back. Instead of deleting, I use the “move to” to manually move it to the deleted folder. Again, it’s back a minute later. It’s like the Chucky doll in the horro movies - the deleted emails just keep coming baaaack.

Junk has a function to empty folder. Delete doesn’t and nor does it sync with the web based delete.

Having to delete every individual message is annoying prefer how it’s done on iPhone “delete all”
It is very hard to move between messages on the desktop version when using safari
