Ability to have all messages in threads collapse
The newest update shows all messages in a thread as open. I would like the option to collapse all expect he most recent message so I can more easily jump back to previous messages. (The way it used to be)

Email threads and replies are hard to track especially when they have attachments.

Make it easier to navigate in email threads by grouping previous emails by sender and make it possible to expand and collapse the thread (like your competitor Gmail does). Impossible to get a hang of long threads with the current setup.

The chaining feature is so bad I can’t even explain it. Emails with different recipients should Just not be in same chain. And the display ordering and interface is terrible.
So cumbersome to read a chain. And chains get combined with same headings even if different subset. And if one user is in my blocked recipients then moves into spam. And why can’t I verify an address from my phone. Have to go onto pc. Just all so annoying that have moved almost entirely into what’s App. Sooooo much better and intuitive.

Just allow us to collapse emails as we go through. Other ideas sound great but the basic need is to be able to collapse emails in a chain as we want. Manually.
I hate this threaded view. I cannot use outlook ios until I can actually expand and collapse each email in a thread IN the main inbox view. Just how outlook for desktop and ios mail has always done. I commonly leave or Mark specific emails as unread when i need to still come back to them and with this current setup , opening a thread automatically makes them all read.... Sure, there's is a mark as unread option but it applies to every email in the thread. Useless

Currently separate conversations are being grouped together if they have the same subject line. This makes it difficult to track who I am corresponding with because two conversations are grouped together.

Also add ability to not show messages from other folders in thread ie from sent etc. it used to work so well. I want to use the app but can’t use it for work mail due to all emails in one long string and from all folders. Can’t tell what replying to, deleting etc.

PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANYMORE FEATURES THAT ONLY CONFUSE US!!! KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!!!!!!

Confusing to see all the email threads especially when reading on the phone or pad
Not sure when deleting if the whole trail is being deleted
Mauricio Villaveces commented
Do not add threads when replying or receiving and show as new.

Not using the app until I can choose to have read messages in a thread collapsed by default. It’s to messy right now.

Showing all the thread of emails is a nightmare! It is very confusing when you need to reply to one person and not reply all. Some emails have gone to the wrong people. Make the stackable emails an optional feature.

Can we have mail thread as like Trumobi ?
Current feature is not readable, we should have expand/collapse as like trumobi

Please do not collapse all the email in the thread together... if the email chain includes 20 back and forth it is impossible to expand each one to go to a particular email.

Please add the function to disable conversation mode. The current app is almost unusable for me at this point.

Would like to have the email view with the latest email at the top of the thread not the bottom

This is a very useful feature that is missing!

Stacked emails not seen in the correct order when we use the mobile app.. It is quite difficult to search for an email in a particular thread. In most cases, some emails are not visible.

Can't stand how it stacks the emails in, what seems to be, a random fashion. I email a group and the replies to that email end up all jumbled up in several different links. I can't find emails - even emails I've sent because of the strange organization. It's obnoxious!
