REMOVE THE "ADD A MESSAGE" Put the Reply, Reply All, Forward buttons back
Get rid of this and replace with reply forward buttons.
With the latest update the forward and reply and flag buttons are now hidden underneath a separate button. Before there were those buttons either at the beginning of the email or at the bottom. Could you please add that back
Please remember this is for email and not Facebook.

Move all the message options on top bar or under a single button. Make it always visible.

I'm still using the native iOS mail and calendar apps because of this change. It's clear at this point Microsoft doesn't care at all, but it's worth highlighting again that they permanently lost my business by changing the reply experience.
I don't object to the inline reply being an option for those that like it - but for the rest of us, allowing us to switch to a traditional compose experience similar to the iOS native one is a requirement for adopting Outlook.
I think our only hope two years later is for enough turnover on the iOS Outlook team to occur that whoever was responsible for this bad decision moves on to the next phase of their career and their replacement looks at this feedback with fresh eyes.
Does MS Outlook plan to do this?!? It has remained the most highly requested item since it (Quick Reply) was implemented.
Can you please share the reasons why you have not or do not plan to revert to the previous functionality?

Having the three buttons reply, reply all, and forward was much easier.

Was just informed these capabilities were removed by design and can’t for the life of me understand why. Have now gone back to native iOS Mail and Calendar apps.

This would be excellent! I have now sent out two reply emails to over 300 people because the default is reply all!

Can’t search for past emails by name, hate that.

Not being able to include the content of previous messages in a reply or forward is no different to creating a new email. Why bother having these at all if you're essentially just creating new emails every time?

This would be a great thing.
