New Contacts - auto add contacts signature data
A feature that I'm strongly missing is the recognition of signature information from an email of a new contact. Currently when setting up a new contact every bit of contact information needs to be filled in manually, something not doable and annoying in particular on the go. Contacts are key to very much every business and I strongly believe that adding this feature to this app will increase its download massively. So many people complaining about this and make them stick to the native iOS mail.

When I add a new contact the app should:
- Pick first name and last name from the sender
- Set email address as “Work” rather then “Home” as default
- “Mobile” or “Work” should be the default phone category rather than “Home”
And yes, as stated and voted on here already, need to be able to delete too!

When receive a mail from a new sender I would like to click on the new sender and by doing that being able to add the sender in my contacts. Like when using office 365. Thx Kenneth in Stockholm.

This would be a great feature add for Outlook to be able to create a new contact card from the details in an email signature.

I click on a email address and add to contacts. I even make sure to edit in the first and last name. But still, when I go to draft the email, it doesn’t auto fill the contact. Grrrr
When I receive an email from a contact I already have in my address book, I’d like to be able to add the new details directly from the email page, into the existing contact in my address book. Currently, as I see it, I can only create a new contact directly from the email.

Please let Outlook contacts sync and appear on my IOS devices. I nearly lost all of them when I switched to Outlook App. Thanks.

Biggest & MOST FRUSTRATING is related contacts info:
> Auto add from emails has been taken away. Bring it back
> for unknown reasons, contacts do not syne between IOS and Windows 10 computer
> Contacts get lost and i have a totally messed up contacts list
> hotmail.com does work; however, without warning, I was switched to Outlook only; what a pity that my contacts from 15 years are either lost or groups i had set up wont work. Support team through up their hands !!

New contacts that I add, don’t sync causing them to be lost as it reverts back to last sync info. So frustrating

Adding new contacts on phone don’t sync w/ desktop. So stupid
Phone contacts do not sync with email. New version does not recognize known callers from contacts

Absolutely agree! This is very frustrating, time consuming and annoying. Why doesn't Outlook have this capability? Every other free email I've used did this, no problem!
