Per account rules for focused inbox
I'd like to be able to set focused by account. I love the focused feature on my work emails as I get loads of useless emails. For my personal emails it just means an extra click as I like to see them all!
My suggestion relates to including this option in the email preferences:
Is there are setting in email whereby when you select an email to read and either move/delete/archive the email, that the email screen does not return to the email list, but rather stays in email read view of the next or previous email in the list???? To always flick back to the email list is annoying the way I read my emails.
Having multiple work and personal emails we need more details in the view list rather than 1 letter in a coloured circle.... I have 2 different accounts emails but both just have an A in the same colour circle.

I suggest making a menu to add email addresses or domains, if an email is received from such email or domain it will be automatically sent to the focused inbox. This will help drastically when people are part of a large email directory that sends important emails repeatedly.
Allow enable/disable of focussed inbox per account - add a toggle so that, when viewing a single account, the focussed inbox feature can be turned off by default.
Please allow greater customization if notification per each account. I would appreciate being able to allow for focused inbox and notifications per account, not for all.

Move this rule to a per account basis.

Please make the option to turn on or off the focused inbox in the settings a per account thing. For instance, I want the focused inbox for my general email accounts but not for my work and school accounts as all the emails are important from school and work.
Please add this feature.

If an email is flagged, there should be a setting where that can be turned on/off where it is automatically moved to the focused inbox.
Seems arbitrary what it chooses to show me sometimes. Maybe let me move things between the two tabs and let the AI take note to improve the accuracy in the future. Too many missed emails because they’re in other!!!
Hard to see if this has already been suggested... it probably has, but I’d like to have input into what should be focused and what is not.
I know I can move items from one to the other and I open that helps to train the decisioning, but I’d like to be able to provide more direct training.
Ability to sort items into other/focused within the app
Need a feature of whitelist of domain so that all email from it are shown in focused.
There is a EC platform company, Rakuten, which all order emails come with the common domain but funny seller address like abs4567 and all those are shown in other.

I would like to be able to control what goes to my focused inbox. Right now only a couple important things go to it. That option to change which inbox it goes to would be nice!

Currently it’s all or nothing approach to using the focused inbox feature.
As a user of multiple mail accounts, including Office 365 Business, I find it frustrating to have this be setup like this.
Please add a per account setting for focused inbox.

I work at a university and some of my students emails come from the LMS software. I’d like to add that domain name to get all of their emails into my Focused box.

The focused inbox feature should be on a per account basis. For example I want it on for my work email but off for my gmail.

Important emails keep getting filtered to "other"

Th Focused and Other Inbox is a great feature but I think it’s missing something. I want to have separate settings for each of my accounts. A focused and Other Inbox for 2 accounts and just one Inbox for my work email.

I like my focused inbox but I would love it better if I knew how to make other e-mails go straight to the focused inbox, and get rid of others that are going to it. If that’s a feature I haven’t figured it out...

Allow emails to be designated as focused by domain name as opposed to (or in addition to) designating them by full email address.
This allows one to send emails from a listserv to the focused inbox.
