Remove "Account Found" From Registration Workflow
Update to Outlook Mobile for iOS appears to have injected a new page in registration workflow where Outlook finds other registered email addresses from elsewhere on the device asn asks user to add them to Outlook. Our enterprise MAM-We registrants need to go through the MAM registration for the enterprise account before the app asks if they want to add personal accounts (else the users be derailed from the workflow we provide).
Request this be removed or moved to the end of the registration workflow ASAP.
I’ve tried many times to remove the old office account (not my personal account) from the App. I am not working for the company anymore. It’s annoying to see this account again and again.
Why is not possible just tap on the icon and edit, remove, rename... the account from a scroll down menu? Regards, PMK
Where you have Add Account in settings we should also have the choice to remove an account

I no longer work at a company and want to remove an account and I can not. It always shows up in the list. Thanks
Hey guys i just found a solution that fixes this issue:
This clears the account
Also ONE DRIVE keeps the old account ready to log on as well... Very frustrating, it seems apple much be caching old accounts.
Am going to factory reset the device tonight to see what the result is
Its not just Outlook that this thing affects, it also finds my old work account in Autheticator and word etc...
I have an old work email account that outlook has found. However, there’s no feature to remove it from the account found screen. I’ve contacted support about this and was instructed to submit a feature request.
The notification dot (top left on ‘hamburger’ menu button) in Outlook remains visible even after I have opened the menu and declined to add accounts, is what the notification is for.
My suggestion: the dot should disappear after the user has checked the suggested accounts and declined to add them.
Whereas now when I see the dot notification, I don’t know if it indicates the same suggested accounts or a new support response or some other new thing.
I reported this as a bug originally and support recommended making it a feature request.
Please get rid of the dot notification on the menu icon. I don’t want to add another email account. Stop persisting with that dot that won’t go away. Please fix.

Add the ability to delete old accounts when they try to “force” their way back on. Applicable to the outlook app.

I am very pleased with outlook. However most of my clientele reaches me through Facebook messenger. Having Facebook messenger connected would help my business so much!
