Calendar: Edit Meeting/Appointment
As a Scheduler of an appointment or meeting using an Outlook client on Windows or MacOS I want to change or edit a meeting on the Outlook client for iOS or Android. This includes editing the location, date and time, attendees, and details.

Increased functionality for calendar. Would be great if this calendar synced with iPhone calendar!!!!!
Stretch or shrink the time of an event in monthly/weekly/3day view Instead of clicking the event, then edit, then time to finally change it.
Allow anyone to edit an invite, not just the creator. If I check a box that says anyone can edit the invite they should be able to move and reschedule or add notes.
I can do this from the iphone calendar app from the preview screen, prior to selecting edit. In outlook, I can only specify the calendar when I am creating a new task. If I want to change the calendar, I have to delete the task and recreate it. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
Currently if you create an event and save it in a particular account you can’t go back and edit the event and change it from a personal account to a work account or vice versa.
Create recurring events on outlook calendar

We should be able to edit/change the account of a calendar event when editing said event.

You should allow event descriptions to edit text including bold, italics, underline and strikethrough. Please allow default text editing for the event description.
When I added a new attendee to existing meeting, the system did not give me option to send it to all the team members or only to the one added, as it does in regular outlook in windows.
Secondly, the attendee confirmations or acceptance reset. This is not acceptable.
The indicator that’s used on mobile for meetings coming up in the future gives me a slight since of panic every single time I see it. It’s not exactly clear to my brain that the meeting isn’t happening now. I think various indicators or something that aligns a bit more with the web app would be helpful to reduce the crippling anxiety the mobile app gives me.
Can't edit calendar
I just want to edit / format my calendar. Change fonts, size, text colour, spacing, layout, highlight days, and stuff. Simple I would of thought. Even upgraded to premium, but no good.
Need ability to pull up (via search) similar calendar entries and choose multiple events from the returned list or “select all” to change the color coding of all the items selected. Also same thing for changing notification/alert timing would be great!
After info from a hotel reservation email has been added to the calendar as an event, it can’t be edited the same as calendar events that are manually entered. Can this be updated so it has full functionality?
I would love if you could tap something to make an event on the calendar be the only thing during that period of time and automatically split any longer events that start before the event and end after it into two separate entries with a break in the middle for the event we will actually be at. For example, I have campus dining hall hours as a repeating event on my calendar, but then I have events in the middle of those hours. I would obviously not be able to go to the dining hall during that hour, but I might like to go before or after. I don’t like making a separate entry for the dining hall just to make things look cleaner, but if there was an easier way to do so, I would greatly appreciate it
Once an event has been created, we need the ability to change the calendar during the Edit. Otherwise we have to delete and recreate the event with the calendar we wish to use.
The iPhone calendar can do this. Outlook should be able to do the same.

Give us a better design with more layout options like iOS calendar
I have a number of accounts, and therefore calendars, linked to my Outlook app on iOS. Once I’ve entered an event/appointment, I would like to be able to change the calendar I’ve entered it against when editing. You can only appear to choose the calendar when initially entering the item.
This is particularly relevant as I have a shared calendar with my partner, so often I want to reassign work calendar events to my shared calendar so we know where each other are.
This functionality exists in the stock iOS calendar app.
Is it possible for y’all to add a feature to change my work schedule on my phone?
Check out how Apple calendar on iOS allow user to select any calendar for any event (including invitations). With outlook iOS, we’re stuck with the default calendar and no way to change it.
