1. This tells us early its a long email.
2. Start reading email by tapping READ MORE first.
3. Or get rid of the button altogether. -

I receive long newsletter emails and it is frustrating to click on the "Read More" to finished reading the newsletter email
I do not know of any other IOS email app that truncate newsletter emails
This is a bit frustrating
Thank you

Show me my whole message rather than the annoying “see more” box that doesn’t even always appear and when it does sends me back to the start of the message.

For documents that have the “Read more . . .” notice, include that notice as well at the top of the message so that one doesn’t have to get to the bottom of the original email, press the “Read more” button, and then navigate to where the reader left off on the original email. By putting the button at the top, the button can be pushed and one’s reading experience won’t be interrupted.

Please remove the “Read More” feature, requiring you to push a button to read the rest of your email, then scroll through again from the top to find your place to continue reading. It’s completely unnecessary and disruptive to the reading experience.

i don’t understand the benefit of the read more feature. what’s the point to read a long a email only to have to re-open it in a new window and most of the time starting again from the beginning of the email. that makes any newsletter a pain to read. i love everything about outlook but this is so crippling that i switch back to ios mail regularly just to have a decent experience reading emails. please make it optional and just get rid of it completely.

On footer of long emails, there is a “read more” button at bottom of the email. On click it then shows rest of the email in a new window. That is a very annoying feature as it requires an extra click to read the whole email.

This would be awesome. Most of the time it cuts off with just a little bit more of the email to show.

When I get to the Read More button while scrolling through a long email, pressing it takes the message back to the start, requiring re-scrolling through everything I already read. Either get rid of Read a More, or change it so that the remainder of the email appears without having the message jump back to the beginning.

As someone who gets multiple lengthy newsletters every day, I don’t want to start reading an email and only get part way through it before having to click a read more button which pops open the email in a new view (after a pause) and then forces me to scroll back down to find where I left off.
A very frustrating UX that breaks the flow of reading an email. I realize Outlook is free, but this “feature” has me looking at paid applications.

I am not able to see my emails on any of
My Mac computers. To see the entire email, I have to pull them up on my phone (which is an iPhone). My compute cuts the right portion of the email off and doesn’t allow me to scroll. -

Some email messages in my inbox do not display properly on iPad. The same messages display properly on iPhone. Mostly embedded pictures will not load.

I don’t understand the utility of forcing the user to select Read More at the bottom of longer emails to read the remainder. It’s a totally unnecessary second step. Further, when you do this, it opens the email in a new window and takes you back to the beginning. It’s just a frustrating time waste. Please just display the whole email, not a truncated version.

The native iOS mail client doesn’t truncate messages. Why does Outlook force this on us? Please make it an option.

Be able to read entire email not have to hit ‘read more’ bc half the time I still have to scroll down to where I was to continue reading. Just show the entire message, it’s not difficult, apparently it is for you. I hate this feature and wish I could have my regular mail feature on my phone. I sincerely dislike your outlook for the iPhone. It sucks, to be frank.

There have been too many times that my messages get cut off because the “Read More” link doesn’t even show up. I have to go back to my inbox, click the email again and scroll down to see the link. It is hardly a convenience, please just load the emails in their entirety like before.

For longer emails, you require a separate window be opened to read entire message. This is an unnecessary annoyance.
