Read More -- View from last
When clicking "Read more", the next screen should show where I last was in the email so I don't have to scroll so far down again. Not efficient. Thanks.
On the iPhone, when I click “read more” while reading a long message, outlook keeps my place so I can start reading from the same section. On the iPad, it starts the message from the top. Please copy the iPhone feature to the iPad! Thanks for a great app

If you’re reading a newsletter and need to use the “Read More” button it will load the entire email but start again the the beginning of the email. It would make sense to have it pick up at the point where the “Read More” button was found.

I would probably use Outlook for all of my email accounts if one issue could be fixed: Long newsletters, e.g. those from a newspaper, do not allow you to browse through the entire email. Instead there will be a Read More link at some point in the middle of the email.
When you click on the link it opens the email in a separate window, and it brings you back to the top of the email, which means you then have to scroll down to find the place you left off before you were required to click the Read More link. This is incredibly annoying!
All the other email programs I have used just allow you to scroll through the entire email when you open it. If Outlook worked like that I’d probably use it as my main email app...
On iPhone app, when you have a long email and get down to the ‘view more’ button, hitting that will open the email fully and scroll you to the point where you were at. On iPad, it defaults you back to the top of the email and you have to scroll back down to where you were at previously.

I have iPhone 6. I like to read certain emails for educational purposes. When I flip my phone from landscape to portrait. It give me the list of emails on the left which prevents me from having a larger font for the email section in the right.
My suggested feature is that when the user flips the phone to portrait, the email goes into full screen mode to read that email without any distractions.

When we click Read More trying to see the rest of the email, they start from the beginning of the email. We have to scroll all over again. Annoying. The previous version was better.
It seems like emails that are too long or have data tables are truncated so you cannot load the entire email. The solution is to reply then load the email in a replay to read the whole thing.
Long email messages are cut Off after about 2/3rd of the message is displayed.
Part of the HTML body of the email is corrupted at the bottom of the message.
The "Read More" button does not display the full message.
Using Outlook for Android and the native IOS/iPhone email app the same messages are displayed in their entirety.
In IOS Outlook, Long email messages stop displaying ~ 50% down the message? They just cut-off mid graphic, etc.
Is it by design? Hopefully not.
In the IOS native email client, all messages display in their entirety.

Have e-mails containing a HTML table that is a couple of pages long. When viewing messages like this, the table is cut off and I cannot see the rest of the table or content after the message.
An example problem message is 151K. A similarly-formatted message that displays in entirety is 127K.
I recognize that on a mobile device you might not want to download the entire message automatically but there should be a way to opt in to see the whole thing. If such a button exists (like when there are forwarded messages) I cannot see it in iOS Outlook.

While I see people frustrated with the “Read More” option, I have email that doesn’t even get that option. It is just truncated. If the email has tables in it and it gets too long, the message just ends. There is no option to read the whole thing unless you reply or forward and then click Load Full Message. But that seems a bit excessive to just read the email.

When exiting an email which I opened via Read More (long email), when selecting the back arrow in the upper left, please take me back to the main inbox, not the abbreviated email. Annoying to select the back arrow twice for no reason.
I love how the Read More... button on the bottom of some emails opens it into a new, larger window. Please make this feature available at the top and available on all emails.
When tapping the read more button (long messages), the feature used to resume reading at that exact spot (yay!). For some time now, we have to start again at the top and scroll down to where Outlook left off. Most annoying. Please fix.

I really dislike this feature. When I am on my iPad and reading a lengthy email, I press the 'read more' link, and the pop up starts at the beginning of the email, so I have to scroll down to where I was. There are also times in which the 'read more' link appears at the end of the email anyway, making it pointless. Please make it so this can be an option that I can turn off and load my emails in their entirety like it did before 'read more' came along.

Please remove the "Read More" feature or make it a user option in Settings.
When I reach the end of a long email I get the option to "read more." But when the new email opens up, the page starts all the way at the top so that have to scroll way down to get to where I left off. This is really inefficient. When I hit the scroll down text, the app should simply allow me to continue reading where I left off.

Periodically, I receive long emails that give me the read more option part way through. It opens in a nice full screen view, but does not put you back to the point you were at, you have to scroll way down and find where you left off. Now when I receive emails I know will be long, I scroll to the bottom and hit read more.
Why not add the full screen read as a button at the beginning, or, if you know it is long, put it in the full screen right away!

It's annoying to be reading my daily Skimm email and have to select "read more" every day. It scrolls to the top, and I have to scroll back down just to read the last paragraph. I'd like it to just load the whole email the first time. This also goes for those "upcoming concerts in your area" emails - the new stuff is usually at the bottom which I have to scroll to twice.

When I read a longer email, such as a digest or collection of small stories, eventually I reach a premature end to the email with a "Read More" button. That loads the full email but bumps me back to the top, losing my spot.
1) Just show the whole email. Tell the app developers to lazy load the "read more" section as you are getting close. It's not hard.
2) Just save my spot and set the content offset for me once the read more view is presented.
