Section for favorite folders
I would like the ability to choose specific folders from any account to appear in a favorites section and to be able to make that section my default view.
You can now have your important folders listed at the top of your folder tree by marking them as favorites in the app.
To do so tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the app screen> choose the email account you want to work with> tap on the pencil icon next to the word folders at the top of your side bar> scroll through your list of folders and tap on the star icon on the left hand side of each folder you would like marked as a favorite then simply tap on the check mark on the top right corner when done.
Having trouble finding the feature? Let us know through the Help section of the app. You may reach them by going to the app’s Setting > Help and Feedback > Contact Support.
Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.
All the best,

I am not able to modify the favorite section of shared mailboxes, which makes sense as it would probably modify also for other users, but it would be great to be able to create my own section favorites as I have on laptop in order to move fast among my used folders
It would be good if the favourite folders from all mailboxes were shown on the grouped home list.
As it is now when add sub folder to favorites it changes it to regular folder- cannot drop it under the folder it used to be inside of.
Thus need to make it where favorites list can contain sub folders!
When you use several mail accounts your favorites disappear. You have to open the related mail account to see your favorite folder. Instead of swiping and opening the folder to see you should swipe and see your folders along with the mail accounts and not hidden
Currently, favourite folders are visible only under each individual account not all accounts. This requires several taps and swipes to access.
Can’t make sub folders show up that way when move up to favorites, they just stay as regular, not underneath sub-folder.
I cannot see my favourite folders inbox of multiple accounts, nor can I switch between accounts
I have about 150 Folders only in my inbox and sometimes I just need 4 folders over one week because in this week for example I only work on a special project for which I need those four folders. It is very hard to find the right folder right now because I always have to scroll through all the folders in my list. Therefore I really would like to see a special favorite area like in the Mac App.

How to sync all mails for microsoft exchange? at the moment, i am not able to sync mails older than 30days.
My favorite folders don’t show up in the top level unified inbox and require me to switch to the individual accounts, which is taxing when you rely on folders for mail triage
Agree, urgently needed. As in apple email....
Agree and make favourites available for non ms exchange accounts.
Add the ability to add favourite folders to the apps unified inbox.
As at present you need to go into each specific account / which defaults to inbox view, then click on the account icon again to view folders then select the folder.
I would like the ability to “favorite” folders similar to Outlook 2016/19.
Suggestion: Increase sync speed between Microsoft platforms.
It usually takes a minute or so after I receive a banner notification of my Microsoft exchange emails to load in the Microsoft outlook app.
However, my gmail emails load instantly on the Outlook app along with the banner notification.
Seems strange that two Microsoft based applications operate slower together than when Microsoft interfaces with a third party I.e., Google.
Currently favoriting a folder moves it to the favourites section and removes it from the master folder list. It should stay in this list even when favorited.
Can you please enable Favourites folder for exchange servers that are non Microsoft.... mostly work exchange servers.

I have rules setup to go to folders I miss a lot of these as it’s not 100% evident if new emails have arrived into these folders. On the desktop you can favorite them and see them on the side bar. This feature would be great in Mobile app also.
